DN Electric did an exceptional job!! Communicating with Nicole was a pleasure. She was very professional and listened to my concerns. She had Dave the technician come out and evaluate the problems. She scheduled a time for both the owner Dave and the technician Dave to come out and complete the job in a timely manner. Dave was so efficient that he even took the time to show us a couple of things that could be done at a later date. No pressure, just very very knowledgeable with sharing information. We were so happy with the outstanding quality of work! I would highly recommend them and will have them complete some more work!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

We were very happy with the work DN Electric did. We needed three days for the jobs of meter replacement, panel replacement, and putting in a direct line to our microwave. David was very flexible in scheduling around the needs we had. He was always very helpful and helped us with other electrical things that came up as well. We are thankful for an excellent electrician located in Lockport and will definitely call him for our electrical work in the future.

Ok David is official! He and his wife make a great team. He's not only knowledgeable about his work, he's able to work with time sensitive schedules as well. Fixed everything in less than 30 minutes. He was able to troubleshoot and everything. I definitely will be hiring for him for more work.

David did a great job installing my stairwell light fixture. It was up very high and difficult to access. DN Electric has completed multiple jobs for me over the past few years and I have been very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

My experience with DN Electric was successful in repairing an entry switch, which also connected a stairwell and hallway. The repairman was very thorough and made certain everything worked well. Once things get back to a degree of normalcy I have several other jobs that they have looked at and will complete as well. Thanks

David fixed the bathroom exhaust fan. Now this was an older, no longer made fan that just was not working. He went to the store, got a new fan, and was able to take parts from the new fan to fix the older one. This meant there wasn't extra drilling, cutting, or added construction issues. He was honest, explained what he was doing, and really made a great fix in a short time. The customer service was excellent from both him and Nicole, who scheduled the service appointment and gave timely updates. I highly recommend them and would use DN Electric again in a heartbeat!

David was very pleasant, meticulous and professional. He did an excellent job installing several lights and a ceiling fan. He had great suggestions for lighting upgrades in my house. I was also impressed by the work in his gallery. I'm already starting another list of lighting fixtures that need to be upgraded and some light switches that need replacing.

Dave and his crew did an excellent job installing exterior accent lighting. His work truly makes our house shine. He provided great input on the placement of the lights and finished the work in a timely manner. I would recommend him highly.

Dave is an outstanding electrician!!! I had previously attempted to install new electrical switches in my downstairs hall bathroom that would turn on and off automatically when entering the room.

Made the mistake of getting in a hurry to complete the change- over with properly making notes about the original switch.
Unfortunately for me, the hall bathroom switches were the connected to my hall and kitchen circuits.

After my several calls to various electricians who either couldn't come over because it was Friday evening, or I needed to purchase a service plan first, I was able to connect to Dave at DN Electric who responded by coming over within 30 minutes and completed the wiring correction.
Definitely planning on using Dave and his company for all my electrical needs.

If I could leave 100 stars I would ! My entire home was out of power and when Comed told me that it was not power related on their end ,I instantly panicked . (Especially when its summer and the temps are so high …plus having a home with children and dog ) I called DN Electric and spoke with Nicole . She was extremely professional and personable . She listened effectively to my concerns on my entire home being out of power and then directed me to her husband David who offered to troubleshoot a few things over the phone before sending a technician out. To me this not only shows genuine care/ concern for the the situation , but also that they are NOT a dishonest and money hungry company ready to just start charging at the first sign of an issue .Even though the troubleshooting didn’t work ..which then showed that there was a bigger issue , I did end up having to have a technician come out , Dave.Not only were they able to get him out the same day , but within an hour. I know that this may not be the case every single time …. But again the concern , care, professionalism , and how prompt they were stands out ! Dave showed up and immediately went to work. He was professional, thorough, and was able to diagnose the problem instantly . He explained everything that was going on and what needed to be done to repair it. He was able to get everything repaired and assured everything would be good to go. My entire experience with this company from calling in panicked , to then speaking with the owners directly ..who were kind and helpful , all the way to having Dave come out and fix everything all within the same day .. is beyond outstanding and I am beyond grateful for this company and everyone who was involved getting my home back up and running ! I will always use DN electric and always refer them to anyone and everyone I possibly can ! Thank you David , Dave and , Nicole for being the people you are in general , but for running such a great company ! You gained a lifetime customer !

We will continue to come back to DN Electric! They were professional, accommodating, timely and they educated us on what they were doing. Their price was right! Dave was great! He was quick, thorough and didn't mess around . It took just under 2 hours to drill, run conduit and change out my circuit breaker. Would definitely recommend DN to anyone for quick, reliable service

I've had the pleasure of hiring D&N Electric and what a blessing. Outlets added, A line to a shed and a front light installed. He was fast, clean and quality of material was excellent. My best pride was my front light, with Dave's suggestion, complimented my historic home. He immediately went to my Grandsons to install outets for him. Same quality of work, fast and excellent. Definitely, some one to call. Made two people happy, without a doubt. They are a wonderful and patient business.

We had a great experience with D&N. They were incredibly responsive, and very skilled at diagnosing the issues that we were having with our recently purchased home (not their work originally). When Dave finished putting in the lights the first word that came out of my mouth was WOW! It looks fantastic, beautiful. Dave arrange the lights so that it accented everything in the area. The rooms took on an elegant and rich look. Dave comes up with ideas that you really never think of. I’m so glad I called him to do the excellent work he does. I can’t wait for family and friends to see it. I would recommend him to everyone I know. He made a friend for life. From now on I’m calling him the Lights Whisperer.
