Freemans is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They help me ensure my medications are compatible with the method I have to take them or find formulations that are if needed. They get refills done incredibly quickly when compared to big chain pharmacies in the area. I love the prices as well as variety of medical supplies and OTC meds. You can get many things at Freemans you can't get at other pharmacies.

Celebrating its 150th Anniversary it is a historic pharmacy in River Falls. The people are kind and very helpful. Very thankful we have them in our town.

I stopped at Freeman Drug last week to ask the pharmacist a quick question about capsules I was trying to fill for our dog. They were quite busy but still took the time to answer my question and suggested something that would be helpful in the future. As I waited for the compounding pharmacist to look something up, another pharmacist came out to make sure everyone waiting had been helped (they had) and the women at the cash register was so helpful and polite to everyone. They made every person (including me!) feel like the most important person in the store. What a gem of a place.

This locally owned business continues to thrive in the face of competition from big box national chains precisely because of its friendly staff and excellent personal service. Another reviewer claimed to have received poor service, but having been a steady customer here for many decades, that has not been my experience.

They are a great place to get the COVID vaccine series. I've always found the staff to be pleasant and professional, plus the online scheduling makes it easy!

Thank you for your great service around the Covid Shots! We got on the list in less than a week and were in and out very quickly with everyone very efficient and friendly! Thank you again! See you in 3 weeks :)
