I would add another star,to make it 6 stars. I totally have complete confidence in Jamie's skills and knowledge to trust that he is looking out for my best interest. In all matters of tax preparation. He is also helpful throughout the year by taking phone calls and answering any financial / tax questions, with quick and understandable answers.

Jaime does an outstanding job. He knows what he is doing and has confidence in the service he provides. I use him for my business taxes and I'm pleased with the service and professionalism.

I have used Mr. Tax for about 20 years. I am very pleased with the service they offer.

This was my first time using Mr Tax and it will most likely be my last. The first impression was good, but after I received a letter from the IRS stating there was an issue with my return it all went down hill. I had to call the IRS myself because they "wouldn't speak to my tax preparer." After an hour on the phone I figured out the issue and then called Mr. Tax to request the necessary fixed paperwork, which was thier mistake. After several days passed I still had not received my paperwork, called Mr. Tax and they had never mailed it to me as I'd requested.
