I've been dealing with this business for years and have always received professional, courteous and efficient service. Pricing has always been fair. Quality of service and craftsmanship has consistently been outstanding.

It makes a big difference when the owner is in the store.

I ordered a snowblower from Home Depot online and it was delivered through Cloutiers. The delivery went very smoothly. After a few snow storms with my new snowblower, a bolt fell out that was not supposed to have come loose. I contacted Cloutiers and they took care of me, replacing the bolt for free because it was not a failure that should have happened. I will be taking my snowblower to them for service in the future.

Had my snowblower for over 2 months without even taking a look at it. Kept telling me next week it will be serviced. I finally had enough and picked my machine up today and took it elsewhere. Try calling to reach anyone, you won’t. The rare time you can even leave a message results in no return call. Gave them 2 stars because the owner seems like a good guy, but stay clear if you want small engine work. For the record, something has changed at this business. In the past I had service done promptly and well done.

After 13 weeks I went and got my snowblower, he just can't get the work done
