Hampton Inn by Hilton Kennebunk-Kennebunkport

My first time staying here and we had three children. The location was perfect and the staff was absolutely amazing!! They were all so accommodating and nice to us. Jimmy who checked us in and out was a pleasure and didn’t make us feel like a burden. The pool was a huge plus and perfect for the kids. The kids favorite part of vacation was the hotel.

What an awesome experience. Best Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Was Checked in 2/17/24 by 2 very welcoming people at the front desk. Room was very clean. The breakfast attendant was amazing and a great singer.

We were just expecting a clean room to stay in while we visited family in the area for thanksgiving but got so much more. The rooms have everything you need, the breakfast is generous and the pool area really fun for kids but what makes this hotel exceptional is the staff! Everyone was so helpful and genuinely welcoming. Jimmy is a problem solver even before we got there, Angela so helpful too. The woman who took care of breakfast couldn’t have been nicer. I had a problem with the pillows and the next night jimmy gave me new ones.

The hotel is in a funny location so make sure you have GPS on with the address in so that you know where to turn.

Will be staying here again when in the area.

This was one of my favorite stays in along time. It's very clean and the beds are sooo comfortable. I think the breakfast was the Best on the East Coast. Also a great place to bring the Grandkids, seems like always something to do in the area. Can't wait to go back.

Our 6nights experience was excellent. Jimmy was very helpful and accommodating.
Donna and the other last I forgot her name were both so energetic during our stay. We will recommend and come back.

5 star service with a great location. Each person we encountered was nicer than the next. We stayed for 3 days and will definitely be back. The pool was awesome and perfect for a quick dip. We never ate the complimentary breakfast because we had other plans but saw that the food was plentiful and others looked like they were enjoying it. The rooms were very clean and the beds and linens comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a nice large shower to use. The AC worked perfectly for us.

When I leave, I would have been here 2 weeks. The staff here are incredibly nice and welcoming. I am from the south and it is nice to feel that vibe still. Anything I asked for they were able to deliver. Everything is super clean, even the pool. Breakfast every morning is always delicious. Thank you all for being so nice. If I come back I will definitely be using this hotel again.

Jimmy was awesome! He made sure that me and my coworker had everything to make working out of town as best as possible! He even have me some good hair tips!
Donna and Sarge run the breakfast and I always felt so at home. Sometimes we even got fresh baked scones.

We've stayed closer to the beach, but honestly this hotel is much nicer. There is phone signal, the rooms are great, and the employees have all been very nice. Danielle even got us milk for our toddler out of the kitchen later in the evening. We will stay here when we come to the area again.

For starters when we arrived late due to traffic, Front desk greeted us with a smile in addition to having our room key ready, without having to call ahead.
The service and the entire stay at this location was so special, we've planned another family trip to Maine. Jess and Jimmy define “Superior Customer Service”. Their kindness and ability to adapt to customer’s needs is beyond fantastic. The hotel is extremely clean, quiet and fresh looking. Breakfast is standard for a Hampton however the kitchen staff’s friendliness made going down to breakfast that much more enjoyable. I would recommend this Hampton to anyone looking for short/long term stays.

We always stay at Hampton Inns because of breakfast and cleanliness. This Hampton Inn at Kennebunk/Kennebunkport is the cleanest and friendliest one we have been to. Miss Donna who helps the guests with breakfast was so sweet to my toddler. The front desk gave wonderful and spot on good suggestions. We will definitely return to this spot. Friendly staff, good rooms and a great morning breakfast offering. Easy access to and from I-95 and within walking distance to a 24-hour market.

One of the Best places I've stayed at. When you walk in the staff at the counter greets you with a welcoming smile.They go above and beyond to please you.
The breakfast is outstanding Robin is very kind and curdious to all. She will make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your breakfast. The rooms are well taken care of and very clean

Nice room. Courteous staff. No breakfast, and our mini fridge wasn't working. I would stay here again. It was a quiet location. Gas station at the corner. 15 min drive to tourist shopping area.

Genuinely the best Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed at. The room was clean and recently remodeled. The staff was super friendly. And the complimentary breakfast was genuinely great - I was very impressed with the quality of everything at breakfast. Nice pool, welcoming lobby. Overall a great stay and I highly recommend. Clearly a lot of pride from the staff!

We ended up staying at the Hampton Inn in Kennebunk very last second after our initial Airbnb plans fell through. We were in town for my bachelorette party and were faced with the daunting task of finding last minute accommodations for 12 people. We were fortunate to book rooms at the Hampton Inn and were beyond satisfied with the quality and professional of the Hampton Inn. We interacted mostly with Jess at the front desk and she was SO lovely and accommodating. She helped us figure out the best way to check out and check back in between Friday and Saturday night, offered us early check in, and even managed to cluster our three rooms together despite full capacity that night. She was so patient with us while we frantically tried to plan everything- we couldn’t have made the weekend work without her. Our rooms were so clean and comfortable, the showers were hot, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect- only 5-10 minutes from downtown Kennebunk. I highly recommended the Hampton Inn in Kennebunk and will definitely be returning.

Excellent. Unpretentious but high-value for the price. Clean for sure, upscale rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Check-in was organized and efficient. Would definitely come back.
