Super clean and well run store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Store was super well-stocked. Was greeted at door and helped with my problem.

Araceli was fantastic and helped solve my problem. Super friendly and helpful, and had a really amazing customer service experience thanks to her help :)

Been here a few times lately. Both for electrical related products. The first time the guy that helped get me a certain length of wire was not very happy working at Home Depot. He definitely made it known to us. Very weird. The last time, I couldn't find a certain light fixture. I asked one of the guy's and he was beyond fabulous. Not only did he help us, but he helped all the people around us. A real asset to Home Depot. You never know.

I had an unfortunate occurrence where my new refrigerator failed after 3 months of use. I stopped into Home Depot #2405 for some help and Tina, a supervisor in the appliance department sat with me and reviewed the entire case and made phone calls with me present, getting the solution underway. She has helped me through this entire process with excellent communicative skills and good humor and creative problem solving. Every company should have outstanding employees like this. Because of Tina, I remain a loyal Home Depot customer.

I went to this location few weeks ago looking for a barn style window. They had nothing in store. One of the managers (Steve) showed up and offered his assistance along with another team member.
He gave us ideas on how we could build our own and then offered to help us put it together in store.

He did an amazing job. Treated us with much kindness and vast amount of respect.

Jonathan offered and loaded 240lbs of marble rocks into my SUV for me today. I had already worked 6 hours in my yard and was exhausted; I’m very impressed and thankful for this young man. Great employee!!

Always shopping here for use of the pro account and rewards system. Great deals on all my contractor needs!.... side note the return policy has recently been changed, FYI if you are like me and would rather have more product, than run out andve to afford another trip to the store than if you pay with cash SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!!! OTHERWISE: your return is out of the question I was recently turned away on about $80.00 worth of material and hardware I bought with cash and Lost the receipt... after a complaint and wasted 20 mins of my life I had to leave the store with the merchandise I have no use for and take a loss considering I have an account at the pro desk but did not use my card, and therefore wasn't even able to get it traded for store credit which is all I even wanted. Figured I'd warn everyone else before they're treated like some kind of scammer like me. The cashier was sincere and polite so I didn't get angry but something just bothers me still about that situation.

Helped me remodel my whole house. Used them to install my floors. They turned out beautifully!

Went in for a few things but particularly celluar shades. Steve, the assistant manager, took great care of us. Cut the shades to fit the size of our windows.
A really nice guy. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. As always The Home Depot is our store for so many of our projects.

Scott at self checkout on 11/21/22 was the most pleasant and helpful employee I have ever encountered. Ever. When all the other staff tonight were short with me and my 4 month old son he took the time to help us. I know they are overworked and understaffed over there but I think everyone should strive to be a Scott. Thank you Scott!

We went to the Biddeford home depot today looking to buy some window blinds. We were hoping we would find someone who could us since we know we would need to have them custom fit. My husband found the perfect salesperson, Janine Flaherty! She knew exactly what we needed. She knows her stuff and she has a FANTASTIC attitude! It was such a pleasure to deal with Janine. I had to return a Mum this morning. The clerk who was working in the garden section
took my Mum without hesitation and showed me their selection. I went home with a
new multicolored Mum. Needless to say, the clerk was very pleasant and helpful.

Placed an order online to pick up in the store. M18 Batteries. Online said they had plenty, but when I arrived said they were out. They had single packs of the 6.0 but not the double pack of them. So unfortunately I have to wait or go to another store to pick them up. But would like to extend a big thank you to Sam (female associate) for making the disappointing experience a pleasant one. She was funny and a great sport!!! Home Depot I hope recognizes her as a key part to there team. 🙏

Has everything in stock, the return isle had 1 maybe 2 employees at most and a line of 15 people waiting for returns, line went out the door. Didn't wait long though maybe 15 20 minutes

Awesome customer service received from the manager of the store. He's funny and has a great attitude. Shout out to Antonio who helped my mom and I find the lumber we need. He was the first worker to offer help and was so patient finding us the perfect pieces and even sold us on a few more.

I have been going to the Biddeford ME Home Depot for over 15 years. I have come when it is super busy and slow. The team works hard to make sure the store stays well stocked. Staff is always helpful and tries to go above and beyond to get you what you need. The manager and his team are well trained and on my most recent visit 6 different people tried to help me. In the end an associate searched the store for what I needed and found it. Thank you Home Depot Biddeford.

Chris was so nice! He helped us with cutting 2 blinds and while he did he was great with our son and dog. He commented on how our son was wearing a shark hat and shirt and I told him that he loves all sharks. While checking out he found us at the register said "I was hoping you were still here!" and asked us if he could show our son a picture. He knelt down next to our son and showed him pictures of the sharks he caught. He wasn't wearing his apron anymore, we thought it was so nice that he took the time, possibly on his break to show our 2yr old , (who just had a meltdown right before) some sharks. Really made us smile. Thanks Chris!

Curbside pickup was AWESOME! We placed our order at 6pm and it was ready around 1pm the following day. I pulled in on my way home from work, sent the text saying I was there, and the sweetest little thing came out less than 4 minutes later with my order and put it in the back seat for me. Perfect!
