Great service, fair price & quick turn around time on the oil change for my PWCs

Not even worthy of one star but had to give to make this post. Took my boat trailer there while on vacation because one of the bunks pulled loose from the bracket. Simple fix but apparently not worthy of their time. Committed on dates to repair and did nothing for 10 days. Didn't seem to understand the word commitment and that I had to head back to my home state in a matter of days. Waited on them as long as I could and had to pick up and fix myself. Just what you want to do on vacation! This address also goes by the name Uncle Rod's and there is no signage there to reflect Heat's on Marine located at Birch Lake Rd.
