It took quiet a few associates to help me since I was trying to do an in store pickup after realizing I needed to buy online to get the promotion I wanted. I am so glad that Bill Damon opened this hardware store. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well-stocked, clean and well laid out, and parking is close and convenient. It is a pleasure to shop there for lots of reason, not the least of which is it allows me to avoid Home Depot, which is a mess and the staff are all but useless.

Love the simplicity of the store. Walk in grab my nuts and bolts I need and go. When I have extra questions the guys there always help and know what's right. A lot more selections than big box stores to.

The staff is very nice and is always helpful. The store is clean and so far they’ve had what I wanted every time. I like going into smaller neighborhood stores like this. It’s a nice break from giant big box stores like Lowe’s.

The folks in here were very helpful. Despite not having exactly what I was looking for, they were able to point me in the direction of a place that did. I should've came to Ace first instead of the depot up the street.

Bill Damman and his knowledgable staff have always been a great help. One, they know their business and what is needed for a project. Two, the store is staffed - you can actually find someone who will assist. Three, the availability of quality product is there. There is probably a lot more that I can say….but go experience for yourself.

Needed some grade 8 nuts for an auto repair. O'reilly didn't have them. Neither did their competitor just up the street. Tried Ace and there they were!

Great local hardware store with all the things you could need! The staff is super helpful and friendly, and they often send out coupons and promotions which make it very worthwhile to go in.
