The good was amazing! Lots of different flavors and options for meat eaters such as my husband, and vegetarian such as myself. I have some allergies to spices and they were very careful to check ingredients and make recommendations to assure that I had safe food. The sweet potato hummus sandwich and tuna wrap were fantastic, and my toddler loved the burger and fries!

We will definitely be back next time we visit Portland!

Learned about this cafe after they became James Beard Award finalists. This eclectic restaurant had delicious brunch items. We luckily we're seated without reservations, but had to wait for final seating to nab a spot. Burger was delicious. Couldn't decide between that and the French toast, but the server offered a half order and I'm glad I went for it.

Just ate lunch here and will definitely come back. I love the atmosphere here. It's very relaxing and the decor is great. The food was perhaps the best sandwich I've had in some time. The menu is absurdly small but the execution was perfection. It's always better to have a small menu done well than a large menu where the food is mediocre. I got the flame grilled chicken sandwich and my boyfriend got the chicken and artichoke melt. Both were excellent. The only down side here is the service is painfully slow. We finished our meal and waited over a half hour before we were given our check and offered a box. But server was nice. So if you're not in a rush it's a great place to eat. If you're in a rush I don't recommend. I loved it here.

Nice little cafe. Sad I missed out on breakfast but lunch was still good! I really liked my chai latte and my burger was good! I loved the onion rings and cheese on the burger. Service was nice and everyone was friendly. Parking can be a bit difficult so be prepared to walk over to this cafe.

Delightful little cafe with good coffee on tap, and good espresso as well. The food choices that me and my friend got were absolutely spectacular! The French toast is one of the best you'll find around, and the pesto breakfast sandwich was to die for! Wonderful customer service and a light-hearted environment. Since the place is small in nature, you can expect a wait unless you just hit the timing right. I would argue it is worth the wait if you want that amazing brunch or breakfast fix!

I went to the Artemisia Cafe for brunch. It was around the corner from my hotel and I'm glad I stopped there to eat.

The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. With a decorative tin ceiling and old exposed pipes, they did a great job decorating this cafe.

They had a bar for adult drinks and various caffeinated drinks.

I ordered the "East End Omelet" (which came with home fries and toast), coffee and orange juice. This dish was delicious! Along with the eggs, there was spinach (my girlfriend will be happy to hear I had spinach today), apple smoked bacon, with melted, creamy goat cheese (YUM!). The goat cheese really pulled it all together. The coffee was full bodied and strong, the way I like it.

The service was pleasant and fast - the drinks came out almost immediately and the food within 5 minutes.

I recommend Artemisia Cafe, if you're in the area.

What a lovely, cosy, family atmosphere perfect for a great breakfast to start into the day. Enjoyed it twice in a row.

This place knows how to do breakfast! Erin has been outstanding. She has a great personality and very good at giving recommendations.

I don’t eat eggs so I got the Sausage egg and cheese sandwich with out the egg.

Absolutely out of this world.

The smoked paprika mayo and the Vermont cheese, I can’t even put it into words.

My friend and I got brunch here and it was the perfect start to our vacation. The special omelette and pesto breakfast sandwich had perfectly fluffy and well-seasoned eggs but not too salty. The fresh squeezed grapefruit and orange juice were refreshing as well. For now, they only offer takeout, but the outside picnic tables are free to use. Our food was ready quickly and they were very friendly.

The food was excellent! Everything tasted fresh and amazing. I had an oat milk latte with cardamom and it was so yummy. There’s a little bit of a wait but it’s so worth it. Our waitress was friendly and nice. The veggie hash w the French peasant bread was so good. Definitely would come back if I visit Portland again. 10/10

Amazing!! Well worth the wait. Our bartender Erin made the best espresso martini I've ever had. My special with scrambled eggs, ham, broccoli and mornay sauce was incredible. Husband's Cobb salad was fresh, beautiful and tasty. Highly recommend this place. Sad we live an hour away but will still be back!

We had to wait like 30 minutes but it was totally worth it! Delicious hot chocolate, great omelette and an amazing sandwich! All the workers were super nice.

Arrive before 10 AM to get seated quickly, as was our case on a Sunday.

What a quaint and unbelievably delicious breakfast one can have here! It’s interior decor is so inviting and very green! There are plants everywhere. And as far as the staff goes, they were genuine, delightful, and gave great recommendations on their menu.

When I come back to Portland, this is the breakfast I want to have!

Fun cozy breakfast place with omelettes on the menu, pastries, and yummy toast. Amazing looking cookies that we'll have to go back for. Very friendly wait staff. You made need to wait to get a table, but worth it.

What a nice way to start our first full day in Portland! The wait was 30 minutes but we waited in the shade of the little colorful park next door and passed the time. Our Saturday brunch consisted of several savory and sweet items and specialty coffees and everything was wonderful. Thank you for your hospitality.

Amazing breakfast! The French toast is amazing and some of the best I have had. The veggie skillet/hash was also fantastic. It felt fresh and flavorful. Only bummer was we were quoted 30-45 minutes for a wait time and it was closer to an hour. Overall it was well worth the wait.

This place is always consistently amazing. Food and service joined in perfect harmony. I've never had a bad meal here as everything is always the freshest of ingredients. This is the kind of establishment you can walk in and feel like you are a guest in someone's house. This is my go to brunch spot in Portland and where I bring those who are special to me. Shout out to Shelby and Erin who are my home girls and always have a fresh and spicy bloody Mary waiting for me. Love you guys
