Emerson's has done our company logowear for several years now and the customer service has always been great! Our sales rep, Erin, has been great to work with, as well as the production crew! Everyone has been super helpful and kind! To top it off, the owner of Emerson's has generously donated digitally printed event shirts for our Ed Sheffer INK & IRON FEST veterans benefit for the last 2 years! They get 5 stars in our book!

For the last 5 years we have worked with the great folks at W.S. Emerson on designing and producing a variety of apparel for our annual tournament. The design team has been great to work with in developing unique and attractive artwork and logos. Product people have given us plenty of options to select from in terms of colors, styles and especially quality. They’ve also developed creative ways to help us promote and sell apparel online and at various events. In this age of automation and internet sales, it’s great to be able to work with individuals from a family business that makes us feel like we’re part of their family and they really care about us.

Erin and the team at WS Emerson has been SO helpful! Every time I place an order with these guys they are quick to respond, always helpful in adjusting quotes, and their customer service is great. Not to mention the quality of the shirts and printing are amazing! When I last inquired about placing an order before an event, they worked hard to complete the order before the event, even though I probably should have placed the order a few weeks sooner. Thanks for all your hard work WS Emerson!

Worked with Tim Dunn on t-shirts for the North Country Cruisers car club's 23rd annual show and shine weekend. Although we had a few parameters, we gave W.S. Emerson's graphic artist "artistic license" with stock images we provided. The result was truly amazing and very well received by Club members and the car owners at the show. Despite technical problems at Emerson's, we received our order when promised, in plenty of time for the car show. Everyone we worked with at W.S. Emerson was pleasant and helpful.

Excellent service from Tim D. I worked with him at the end of the summer and early fall for soccer team sweatshirts. I had lots of questions along the way, and he promptly responded to each one. The sweatshirts have a custom image, personalized embroidery, and they were a big hit for parents and players alike. The prices were very reasonable and the orders were ready within the promised deadline! I will definitely come to WS Emerson again.

The company that I work for had a big, last minute t-shirt order for an event that we were supporting. Teresa worked with me and was very patient and helpful. She was able to squeeze my order in just in time, and let me know as soon as it was completed. We ended up getting our shirt order two days earlier than she initially estimated, and we were so pleased with the quality of the graphics on the shirts. I will definitely be using them again!
