The girl with glasses serving the food doesn't seem very happy to be there, she needs to be out back prepping.

Went last night and everything was amazing. Great portions and hot fresh chips. Was enough to have a second meal out of my bowl today.

It was my first time going and needless to say, I was not disappointed. The flavors of everything balanced very well. I'll be back again for another steak bowl

5 stars for Jen on the register. Definite GM material. Great service, knows the ropes,… made sure I had a clean table. This is the kind of person you would want to run the store. Thanks Jen,.. without good service, the food won’t sell itself. Please bring back watermelon lemonade.

The food is delicious The line moves fairly quickly The team there at the Bangor Chipotle work like well lubricated machinery from building your meal to the checkout process they are very efficient kind and friendly! The price is a little high but you sure do get a lot of food for your money so it really evens out you could spend the same amount of money at nasty fast food joints like McDonald's Wendy's or Burger King but you're getting a higher quality food well worth the money

Wow what a gem of bangor. I don't care they are a chain they just do burritos sooo damn well here. There really isn't a better place for burritos is all of bangor.

Taste great and they go fast. Even with a big line waiting (to the exterior door) they are pretty quick about making your food. Prices are pretty high for what you get. I just bought 2 steak burritos with only one additional cost topping each and I dropped $30

Always a good experience especially for those.of us with food allergies. Gluten and dairy.

I love Chipolte, and this location did not disappoint. The stools by the window were torn where we sat, but the food was as good as expected and the staff was friendly and prompt.

Fresh, natural and not crowded place. But it is busy. Rice, corn, tomatoes, beans, meat - I preferred bowl meal.

I order from the Bangor location about once a week and placed an online order tonight via the app. I arrived 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be promised to a packed parking lot and a large amount of people waiting. Overhearing the conversation the Chipotle staff were having with customers, the wait was going to be a lot longer. They had experienced a huge amount of orders in a short amount of time and were running about an hour to an hour and a half behind. I waited about an hour and twenty minutes after my food was promised to walk out the door with food in my hand.

Modern society would say I should be writing a 1 star review because of the wait, but the Chipotle staff that worked this evening were working exceptionally hard to get orders out, despite having no way of stopping the orders coming in since they have no way to control or shut off the online ordering. They were dealing with the angry customers who were mad they couldn't get instant gratification. While sitting in a Chipotle for an hour and a half after a busy work day wasn't my idea of fun, the staff deserves some recognition for their hard work. As someone who has worked with the public for most of my adult life, the situation they were in was not their fault and they did a wonderful job despite the circumstances. It's a shame Chipotle clearly cares more about the almighty dollar and are willing to work their staff to death.

Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful! They’re willing to answer any questions that you have and they’re fast. There might be a long line to the door, but you still get out of there in minutes if you don’t end up ordering on the app. I love the app as well. My order is always ready when I go to pick it up even if it’s a couple minutes early. Way to go, Chipotle!

The staff here is very friendly, and the food is always on point. It's hard to find chain restaurants with good vegetarian/vegan options, but both their tofu, and veggie option, are delicious.

Each burrito is also huge, for a fair price. I can usually get out of here for less than $10.

The only negative is that due to their high traffic, the line is usually long, and they frequently run out of ingredients if you go later in the day.

The staff were very nice and energetic about getting your order taken and listening to what you wanted. All of the protein was fresh. Very easy to order what you want even if it is your first time at a Chipotle.

Food is great but tables are not that clean

Fresh and flavorful every time. You can count on consistency and pleasant experience in the Bangor Mall location. Getting into the parking lot is difficult if you are on the opposite side of the street. Tip: turn in at the Mall entrance half a block before you get to the store and turn into the movie theater entrance. Chipotle is attached to the back of the theater parking lot.

The crew in Bangor is great!! They are very busy and still keep people moving through and always smiling! Reward your great workers and they will stay.
