We bought a new bed frame 2/11/24 and when we went to set the bed up 1 whole box of parts was missing and the website says under construction so you can’t look online at anything we are going to call tomorrow and see if we can figure out how they want to handle this as we live over an hour away and the box is destroyed so I’m hoping they just say we will send you the parts you need not say we need us to bring the bed back to them so they can swap it out. I will update this post depending on how this call goes and how smooth the transaction is. Wish us luck.

They took right care of the issue and sent the missing parts right down the next day which was absolutely amazing that I didn’t have to drive over an hour away to get these parts.

Great selection and nice payment selections. One thing I appreciate over one of their nearby competitors is that they let us shop without bothering us. (That competitor literally follows you around while you shop and buts in at bad times.) I like the delivery costs as well, everyone was friendly and helpful.

This was an excellent experience! My wife and I were able to find a beautiful Vanity and chair here last minute for our daughter's Christmas gift. We were almost out of hope until we walked into this establishment and were quickly helped to find just what we needed. My purchase experience was so simple. Once I decided on the right piece of furniture for my Mom, the salesperson verified it was in stock, the cashier took it from there to ensure that I could take it home that day, and the staff in the stockroom and loading bay made sure it was secured in my SUV. After making the decision to buy, all I had to do was pay. The process was very customer focused, and everyone made the process simple.

Jodie was wonderful and helpful. Needed to purchase a mattress and adjustable frame. She saved me a $1,000 compared to another store. Power was down and she worked with me to schedule a delivery and payment once power was restored. Don’t hesitate to buy from them. Amazing customer service.

Bought a couch in 2021, called 12/2023 because the pull handle to the reclining chair had broke. I was looking for measurements that would be compatible with my couch. He had one on hand set it aside for me to pick up and did not charge me even though my warranty has definitely passed. Very nice gesture!

I would highly recommend this business to friends and family. From ordering the furniture to the delivery everything was exceptional and without doubt the best service I have ever experienced when purchasing furniture. Everyone including the 2 gentleman that delivered the furniture were very respectful and professional.

I will definitely be there again. Bought a mini sectional after my first choice didn't fit into the house. My bad, sorry guys. They were cool with it though, I just went back the next day with the invoice; exchanged for another smaller sectional and received a store credit for the remaining balance. Payed a fee for bringing it upstairs and assembly. Thank god they offer this service as I can no longer lift heavy things. They were very careful not to damage anything. I appreciated that very much!!

Every single one of the sales team members helped us try and make a decision, and believe me when I say we took awhile and probably sat on every couch. Everyone was patient and understanding and extremely helpful. We very much appreciated it and we will be using you guys again in the future.

They were super busy and short handed. Shane checked in with us and gave us some ideas and then helped others while we talked and looked around. He kept coming and checking in to see if we had any questions. He did a great job with answering our questions and allowing us the time to talk about what we wanted. You can tell the ladies probably don't work off commission because they weren't pushy at all. Both of them walked by and asked if we needed anything and that's all we really need. Great atmosphere and good prices.

They gave us time to look around without pressuring, but we're immediately ready to help once we decided. They are even holding our furniture until we close on our new house.

I just want to stay wow, they took the old Macys closed store and turn it into this furniture world. I was amaze what they have accomplished and before I visit this place for the first time, I was wondering how are they going to fill this place up but they did. They are only using the bottom floor for sales and the top floor for inventory so you wont have to worry about out of stock issues. The employees are there to help you and arrange for any payment plans. There old location at the airport mall was just to small for there needs and the area just plain suck.

Excellent customer service as staff super helpful. Black Friday sale had awesome prices as well! Cannot wait to pick up our new sectional this week!
