Fireside Inn & Suites

I really enjoyed my stay here, this hotel is in a great location. I clean houses as a living and thought that the cleanliness of my hotel room was definitely up to par. The staff was nice, and the attached restaurant was very convenient and the food was great. The servers were great there as well. It's nice that check out is at 11:00 instead of earlier in the morning. So we got to relax a little bit before we actually had to leave. Parking was good. The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi kicking us off later at night. We did try to call the number that they provided but we were not able to get through to anyone, which wasn't a big problem, just kind of inconveniencet ( it's important to note that the hotel can not control the Internet company and it's not their fault if the connection is flaky). The Internet was back to working right in the morning. Check out and in was fast and easy, but beware that the front desk is also in the same entrance to the restaurant so it can get busy and crowded around meal times. For a saint Patty's day night it was really quite, we never heard any of the other guests. Will definitely stay here again!

Rooms are fine though the hotel.is obviously older, clean sheets and towels were great! In the hotel booking online I requested a framed photo of Steve Buscemi looking pensive on the fireplace mantel, and they absolutely delivered. Big shout out to Ian! Was a very nice stay :)

Beds are the most comfortable that I've ever stayed in! Centrally located to casino, restaurants, gad station and right off of the highway (95)

The place was clean and the people there were all friendly,and respectful.ty had a nice when are electric was out for3 1/2 days.ty again merry Christmas 🎄

Check in was quick and easy. We enjoyed the welcome snack as well. Room was well supplied and comfortable. We enjoyed the attached he'd restaurant for dinner. The breakfast had a decent selection, although it would be ni e to have tables to eat at somewhere. The only negative was a strong smell of urine st the end of the hallway near the exit. Front desk blamed that on construction workers.

Went to the Jelly Roll Concert.
The safe didn't work. Asked for help with it and nobody came. Mini fridge iron extra blanket and pillow in the room. Wi-Fi USB and cable. Great vacation.

Very nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. Comparable comfort at a more economic price. Especially compared to the neighboring hotels.
Great location. Not so close as to be deluged by traffic and concert noise, but not so far as to be inaccessible.
Awesome Irish family restaurant/pub on site. Best burgers, wings, onion rings, and French fries in town.

Nice place. It's right off 395, across the street from both Hollywood Casino and the Cross Insurance center. Very short walking distance from the waterfront concerts as well. It's attached to a pub, I highly recommend the fresh chicken tenders with the special hot sauce. They also have there own line of craft beer!

Shout out to Ian who helped me with booking a room, he is apart of a great staff there. The staff was friendly at Geagan's as well and had great food, as well as beer made in house. Rooms were clean with two queen size beds, a flat panel tv, and bath/shower for the water room. Check in is a little later than what you may be used to being at 3pm, but well worth the wait. Check out is 11am.

Very friendly, nice rooms, overall great experience. I personally didn't care for the restaurant that's in the hotel, but it's a matter of taste and the rooms are terrific for a weary traveler.

Nice large room, very nice beds! We have stayed here before and we are very happy with our room all 4 tines! We keep coming back for a reason! Great place for a Staycation!!!!

Beautiful room! King bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Fire place gave it a very romantic feel and the massage chair was a definite win!

If anyone knows the history of Bangor they will never say it’s outdated. It’s perfect for the location that it’s at and for the price it’s amazing. If you’re a Stephen King fan this is the place you want to stay the staff in the pub is amazing and very knowledgeable and this is exactly where you want to be in Bangor

Always a clean, comfortable stay. Best value on Main St. Friendly staff.
There is also a wonderful restaurant on site with the best wings (Geaghan's).

Our family lost most of our home and all our possessions in a fire and the hotel has done wonderful things for our family the accommodations have been amazing the staff has been more than helpful and completely understanding and very giving I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody and want you to know that everybody here does have a huge heart thank you guys for all your courtesy accommodations and help

My favorite brew pub ever! Love the staff and local crowd.... The food is really good.... All home made... Try the brew to table burgers..... Chicken wings!

What a great place to stay, bede were very comfy and the attached restaurant was a plus. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
