Quick extremely good communication and problem solved. My father installed a generator for my house. He made a wiring mistake and we just couldn't figure it out. We called these guys and ask them to come take a look to see what they could figure out. They came within an hour and a half and helped him understand what he wired wrong. Extremely nice guys. Extremely helpful. Took a giant weight off my chest. I cannot recommend them enough.What a terrific experience please give these guys your business. Will definitely use again.

Purchased our generator about five years ago from North Country Power. They call every year to schedule annual maintenance. Great service and reasonabley priced. I Recommend them to anyone looking into back up power source.

We noticed a red light on the side of our Generac was on and called. They scheduled a tech to come out in a couple days. The tech arrived and within 2 minutes of his arrival, we experienced a power outage! Our tech, Jordan got the situation taken care of immediately! We have power now!

Generator failed exercise mode, displayed overspeed error. Called NCPG, left message. Josh returned call within the hour and scheduled service for next day. Chase arrived on time as arranged an completed oil change, valve adjustment, and new plugs with an hour. Overspeed issue may have been due to loose intake valves? Great response with professional service. Highly recommended.

Chippewa County 911 has been using North Country Power since 2012 to maintain and repair our Generac generators at all of our emergency communication sites in our County. North Country is easy to get in touch with 24/7 for service and often times they've been able to trouble shoot the issue over the phone saving a trip up North.

When they do have to make the trip up North they show up when say this will and are ready to complete the job. The entire North Country team is helpful and professional.
