I called them about my brakes that needed replaced multiple times in less than a year, and the fact my car was smelling extremely hot. At the time I wasn't expected to get in until the next day, which was fine by me. The lady called me back informing me of a cancelation, telling me I could come in. Typically, i hate going to mechanics because nothing makes sense. The lady I spoke with explained everything wonderfully and they got my car back immediately when I gave them the go ahead. The repair took less time than I had thought, and I am so happy to have my brakes working as they should and not smelling like it's roasting. Definitely going back to them the next time I need something done.

Amazing service! They were knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. The ladies up front are funny and so nice. I was able to sit, relax and watch TV while I had my diagnostics done. They found the issue and got me in within 24 hours for the repairs. I would definitely recommend this business.

I needed an emergency tire repair 45 minutes from home. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They competed the repair and had me back on the road within an hour. Highly recommend.

They repaired my tire, changed my rear brakes and rotors and did a fuel injection clean. It was all completed quicker than I expected. Belle tire had told me I had a rim leak that I would need to wait days to have looked at, instead I came to 258 tire where they repaired my tire ( it actually had 2 nails in it). They also gave me info for a rebate to save me more money. Plus i'm now getting much better gas mileage! Happy customer here 😊

Our Jeep wouldn't start on a Tuesday, we had been having problems for awhile. They came to take the Jeep to their shop within a couple of hours of when I called Wednesday morning. They told me due to the cold weather and having to help get people that had gotten stuck they wouldn't be able to get it into the garage until the next day. The next morning they called back bright and early to let me know what I was looking at. It ended up being a few different things, but along the lines with what I was thinking it could be. When I ok'd them to do the work they told me they'd get on it, and call me when it was done. A few hours later they called saying it was done. When I picked it up I was told it would be less than the quoted price, as they found a part for cheaper. They were great to work with, and the women in the office were in touch with me the whole way keeping me informed. I'll definitely take my car to them the next time I need it fixed, I just hope that it's not too soon.

These guys are top notch! Had the unfortunate situation of an accident in Kalkaska. The tow truck driver dropped us at a hotel without any complaints. The owner went way out of his way to help us by answering many questions, coming in on a weekend to give us access to the vehicle, recommended local shops, etc. I just can't say enough about this company and its crew! They were great to work with all the way through.

My Son has been taking his Jeep to 258 tire for repairs... They have been doing a great job on what they work on and not too bad of a price either!! 😀 They are very nice people to deal with also...

I have all my tire needs and service done here. In fact the only service I have done for my Jeep at the dealership is a warranty issue. 258 tire are professional and pricing is fair. Straight forward and honest company to deal with. They won't tell you need something just to jack the price up.

Fantastic place and fantastic, wonderful, and kind and friendly owners and employees. I have been there 2 times in 2 weeks for tire and bearing needs on different vehicles and I highly recommend them for any of your tire and underbody car needs. They are reasonably priced. A lot cheaper than some places in Kalkaska. On top of all that they also do towing too. I would give this place 10 ☆ if I could.

Want to order tires, want great information on tires? This is the place to go. They even install your tires. I try to order snow tires for winter 2022. They urged me to wait till Aug this year. Great plan.

great service personal, had a waiting area with wifi, tv and some toys for the kids. mechanics were honest and showed the problem at hand, no beating around the bush. they did great work for a great price.
