Awesome, friendly staff across the board. Very good on pain management side of treatment. Dr. Lagos is skilled. Pulled 5 broken teeth in one sitting and are now working on crowns and bridges and getting my smile on 😃

I would highly recommend Summit Heights Dental Care and Dr.Franz! I had went to the same dentist for 28 years and had to switch due to new insurance. They got me in next day due to some cancellations and I'm very happy with my choice. Great facility and staff!

I broke a tooth and put off being seen for it. Unfortunately it and my jaw became infected and I was in unbearable pain, worst pain of my life. My husband called around to nearly every place in Jackson and Summit got me in to be seen the same morning. I expected an antibiotic and to be scheduled to get it pulled a month out but they pulled it same day. The nurse and the dentist were super nice. I have a ton of dental anxiety and they were just fantastic. I really appreciate this office and everything they did for me today. Thank you guys<3

I’ve been going to Dr. Lagow since 2020 and have been very pleased. I was referred to him by a coworker when I had an emergency case at the height of COVID. He took care of me and I’ve been going to him ever since. The staff is great. Today I had a cleaning with Sarah and she was absolutely fabulous! Her technique was extremely gentle which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend Summit Heights.

My dental care was overdue. They could have shamed me for waiting too long, but they just fixed the issue to the best of their ability. I am very happy with the work done.

I got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Frantz and he did a great job I was super nervous but I didn't feel anything and him and his assistant explained everything super well and was super kind 10/10

I went for my first visit a couple of weeks ago and it was great. The office staff is very friendly and professional, the hygienist did a fantastic job, and Dr. Nick was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

My family and I absolutely love Dr. LaGow and his staff! We have been coming here for almost 10 years now. I’ve gained valuable friendships with the hygienists from chit chatting over the years, they work with my schedule on appointment times and availability and are always warm and friendly with us. My kids have grown up raiding the treasure chest after appointments and they don’t even fuss when I tell we have a dentist appointment.. well not too much 🤣

I recently transferred from my previous beloved dentist of 30+ years after he retired and his practice went down the tubes. I have been pleasantly surprised and very impressed by Summit Heights. Beautiful office, helpful office staff and a wonderful and caring dentist.

My husband liked Summit so much that my daughter and I switched to Summit Heights too, and we do not regret a thing. They do such great work, and they are so gentle. Fillings look natural and beautiful, cleanings are a breeze, and they seem to care about you from start to finish.

Best Dentist ever. I had allot of work done here and he is so good. I went today to get my teeth cleaned and Heather was awesome! The front desk associates were so friendly and kind as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Lagow and staff are wonderful and caring. Dr. Lagow has helped me twice now with a emergency visit. They got me in same day. They did ex rays and prescribed the medication that was needed, as well as a follow up visit. I highly recommend him, he is great dentist. Nice and clean office, with a great smiling staff. My follow appointment was today and my problem was resolved. That you Dr. Lagow.

my appointment this week was again a "stunner"! the hygentist was professional and had a gentle touch. The newest technology for oral cleaning is amazing and I have found my new dental care home~

I had a cosmetic dental emergency. The office squeezed me into their schedule the same day for a quick visit with an assistant to take impressions. I had questions about the lab work to be done. Dr. Lagow stepped away from what he was doing to explain things in detail. Even though his office was quite busy, he took the time to be sure I was comfortable with my treatment plan.

Excellent care and the most friendly staff! The entire office makes you feel welcomed and cozy. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to this top notch dental office. My visit with my hygienist and Dr were both personable and you can tell they care about their patients and their well-being. ☺
