I had the pleasure of meeting a true artist. Kelly Jean is passionate in ever detail be it color and cutting your hair to suit you. I have natural wavy hair, she layered my hair and it is the best hair cut I have had in 30 yrs. And that was by Jeffery Michaels in Ann Arbor! If you have curly hair you need to book an appointment ASAP! You will love it.

The staff is very nice, they have alot to choose from. They have good deals sometimes, usually takes me a while to find something I like.

Michael is amazing! Definitely would recommend to others. Always a fabulous job.

I love JCPenny. I hope we can keep this one in Jackson open!!!

Everybody's friendly there. Good prices clean easy to find things very organized I really enjoy shopping now.

I recently had a wonderful experience getting a new battery for an old watch with the help of LeeAnn. She was absolutely fantastic and the most helpful. I really appreciated her knowledge, patience and ability to solve my problem.
I also have purchased plenty of clothes and some shoes from here over the years. If they don’t have what I need and don’t absolutely need it in hand that night I’ve been able to order it and have it delivered to the store.

Purchased some good sales on a couple of polo shirts. The item I ordered online was there also.

Little disappointed that my birthday gift ($10 off $25) couldn't be used as my item was name brand.

Izzy Scott gave me a great hair cut and a color. I really appreciate how she was with me I changed my hair drastically and she helped me through it. I love it ❤ thank you Izzy for making me comfortable.

Went here for a haircut for my grandson. Despite being almost closings time Izzy took very good care of us. My grandson was very happy with his haircut (not normal for him).

They have great sales and the staff are always friendly, even when it's hectic. The sephora inside is very nice too- the staff aren't make up snobs and are very knowledgeable about what they're selling to you. The salon in the back is great as well (even though it's a bit pricey)! I definitely recommend going to Lindsay if you want something fun and punk!

I was really happy with my shopping experience at the Jackson, MI Penney's store.
There was a nice variety of inventory in all depths. I really appreciate getting the % off discount coupons. I have been back 3 wks in a row, and will go for Friends and Family this week.

Clean store, even the clearance racks were organized. Customer service was quick and the cashier helped us find a coupon to save money. Will definitely be returning for the Big and Tall section.

Sales associate unable to help me and offered to get a manager because they'd be able to do more. Manager went out of her way to keep me happy. Good products, good prices, great customer service.
