Had a frozen door latch issue on my 2017 F-150 during cold temperatures. Worked with Melissa in service to have the repair completed at no cost to myself. She was very friendly, helpful and the repair was completed in a timely fashion. Thank you!

Worked with Joel at Seymour Ford bought a used Ford F150 truck was fairly priced and was not pressured at all. Family friendly atmosphere Joel was very professional and fun to work with. Highly recommend Seymour Ford and Joel as well he has been there along time enjoys his work and made the whole experience enjoyable. Good service, I had the works done total check out of the car. Plus wash and vacuum and we needed a new battery. Took about an hour and a half. Plus tech explained upcoming services we'll need. I was very satisfied.

What a journey it's been. Started 15 months ago when the 2023 ford maverick order banks did not open in July of 2022. Matthew my contact promised to keep me informed, which he did. We finally ordered up an xlt hybrid and started the long wait. Matthew has keep me informed all the way through the process and last week it came. Matthew thank you. Sorry for the lengthy review however I would like to share my whole story. I have a 2022 Ford Maverick and unfortunately I had some issues right away. My new truck was making a horrible knocking noise within the first few hundred miles of owning it.
I asked around to some friends who own Ford vehicles and several people told me NOT to take my vehicle to Seymour Ford in Jackson and to take it to Albion Ford or Varsity Ford. I followed their advise and here is what happened.
Albion Ford had my truck for a whole week (No rental was provided) and they were not able to diagnose the problem. They suggested I call Ford directly. I called Ford, made them aware of the situation and they suggested I try a different dealership. That led me to take my vehicle to Varsity Ford, they had my vehicle for 11 days (No rental was provided) and their diagnosis was something transmission related and that they could possibly get me in for a repair in just over a month.
Not happy with that option I decided to take my truck to Seymour Ford... This is where everything changed for me and why I feel compelled to share this review. Rob at Seymour Ford was very polite, and helpful in taking my appointment and calling Hertz for a rental car!!!! They were able to diagnose my issue as a faulty dampener and schedule the repair right away. Rob called me several times throughout the process with updates (something Albion and Varsity failed to do) and in about 2 weeks my vehicle was repaired and is working perfectly. I am not sure why others said stay away from Seymour Ford but I am saying GO to Seymour Ford in Jackson if you want results, friendly, polite, and professional service. Thank you Rob and everyone else at Seymour Ford who helped solve this issue when your competitors fell short of the task.

I bought my 2020 Explorer XLT here. It is an amazing vehicle I love and have named her Betty. Unfortunately, someone decided to maliciously damage Betty recently. $4,000 later and Betty is back on the road. They called me weekly to inform me of repairs being made and called me immediately when she was finished. I will always take her to the dealership for repairs and maintenance.

Kiesha was very personable. She took the time with me and was patient while I decided on my choices. I had a great experience and would recommend Kiesha to anyone looking for a enjoyable car buying experience.

It was such a big help for Seymour Ford to offer to pick my car up and bring it back! Plus I had my car done with extra perks as well. We purchased our Ford Edge in Brooklyn Michigan, and they went out of business. The reason we purchased it there because it is only 5 miles from where we live. What a great feeling not to have to worry about making time to take it to Jackson, Michigan which is about 20 minutes away. A BIG Thanks to Seymour Ford for offering the service!

Completely trust Danielle and her crew. Went in for an expensive repair on suspension arm bushings, knuckle and wheel bearings. Turns out I didn't need all of that done as the wheel bearings were fine, which were also the most expensive part of the estimate. That's why I always take my SUV to her!
