The Home Depot

Was in there today. Home Depot’s website states they had the item I was looking for and the shelf it was on. I got in the store and it was no where to be found. One of the associates asked if I needed help. I showed her the website info and she looked with me. Another associate came up and he began to search too. They both searched and searched until they were able to find it. While it would have been nice if the item was where their website said it was, I can’t thank the associates for going above and beyond to find it. Thank you Home Depot!

I went into the Home Depot on 9-24-2022 in Jackson, Michigan for a single item. I always feel it is a pleasant experience. The store has easy access parking like I have come to expect. The store was clean per usual and immediately I was greeted with a smile upon my arrival. I was able to locate my item promptly and was able to make my purchase in good time. As I was leaving, the person that greeted me also smiled and waved me good bye. I love this store over all the other home improvement type stores because of their location, but the friendly atmosphere makes this a stellar store and keeps me coming back.

I've always enjoyed the Jackson home depot. Really have helpful people working there. Sometimes can be hard to find help though

Remodeling our house and found out this store has the biggest selection of floors, tiles, and countertops in the area. You can go online and download a picture of your kitchen and see how the product will look. The employees were knowledgeable about the products and very helpful.

I needed assistance getting a microwave oven from a shelf which was too high. A staff member helped me quickly and cheerfully. It was the third store I tried for a microwave which was less than 10.5" high. This one worked perfectly. Woo hoo!

Always staff ask you if you need help, quick to assist with heavy lifting! Inventory stocked well but selection minimal. Store clean and easy to find things!

I go to the depot a lot, they have good lumber, and tools, and just about anything you would need.

One of my favorite stores. Help is easy to find and knowledgeable too. The other big box hardware stores pale I'm comparison to this HD. Many of their employees have been there a long time, like the paint gal who has been there 18 years. UPDATE: on a recent visit, I saw the same smiling faces as before, and had another pleasant experience. Another update, December 22, 2022: same great service, and had nice conversations with two employees, and another customer. Still quite happy with my choice to spend my money with Home Depot.

The orange workers are always helpful. Edward took me to the different locations to show me the different Ryobi equipment during Ryobi days. Thank you Edward.

Home Depot has a wonderful gardening area. Very large selection of plants, even in late July.

Luv Home Depot! But the young girl helping us was very unfriendly! My first ever bad experience with a Home Depot employee! Usually they are the Best!!
