Went in looking for some 3rd person action adventure games, sales person was very helpful and discussed multiple game options with me.

Traveling with the family and forgot the power source on our game system. I was mistaken and thought I needed to purchase a 50 dollar power source but the attendant was very nice, honest and knowledgeable and educated us with what we needed. Walked out spending only 8.05. great experience.

Great experience. Went in with my family to buy a new ps5 controller. The employees took the time to set out all the colors and options. They were so great! Seems like they really enjoy their jobs. 5 stars ⭐

Great place to get pre-orders and games for a good deal. They have sales all the time, you just have to catch them.

The staff here is top notch. I have been a customer here since the early 90s when it was EB games lol. I have also worked here several times during holidays and the staff is almost always made up of great people. Jason and the guys now are a great team and keep the store running like a clock! Remember, the people behind the counter don't set your prices or trade-in offers lol, treat them kindly!

Good atmosphere, plenty of selection. Recently don't stock Magic the Gathering cards anymore, however, but that's the only negative aspect.

With the times being what they are, my son and I were in the store and an employee was helping us and answering questions about a few games we had. Another customer came in and was very rude. The employee handled it very well and all I have to say is I feel for him as he was treated unfairly for doing his job.
