Best Buy

I went into Best Buy in Jackson Crossing this morning, looking for a the correct phone case and protectors. I was assisted by a very handsome young man, named Derek. Not only did Derek walk me over (instead of pointing) he explained things in detail and gave me info about my new phone.He put my screen protector on the phone. (Which i knew I would have totally screwed it up) With all that he did, what impressed me the most was his patience with me. He answered all of my questions even the silly ones and didn't make me feel rushed. What a wonderful asset to Best Buy.

Picked up my oven and the staff were very helpful and friendly! Even had two people cut in me in the checkout line to prove the oven was mine and the lady getting the oven ready noticed and came over and scanned my ID for me.

Just bought JVC ear buds they are AWESOME!! I use them daily. And since I can rotate ear buds I can listen non stop...

Only went in to pick up a tv I had ordered online and they were super friendly and required no identification to pick it up even though I was told I had to have the email order code and personal state ID and I pretty much forced him to look at it lol.

Fast and easy, no lines. Great customer svc.

The gentleman working over in the Geek Squad area on April 3rd around 7 PM cleaned out my charging port on my phone free of charge. I appreciate what he did very much as it was causing a lot of curse words whilst trying to charge my phone. He 110% deserves a raise, his customer service was great and was talking me through what he was doing the entire time. It was also done in a timely manner. Thank you!

Our problems were resolved. Philip Stetler is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and goes the extra mile to correct all issues. The young man with him, JR, is also a very capable and friendly technician.

Does what it's supposed to honestly. I've received good service from geek squad and the employees don't seem to hate their workplace. On the smaller side which kinda makes it nice and easy to navigate.

Zach was super helpful tonight even though it was almost closing time. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions.

I had a return and it was hassle free. Everyone was so nice and polite. I then went and got a replacement and checked out in a timely matter.

Great service and advice on the radio install I got scheduled. Very patient with me and educating me on the radio products I need for my style. Can't wait to have it installed.

Love the feeling if the place, the computer guy knew his stuff and got us the set up we needed and have been there to answer questions on add ons and printers

Great staff and people. Wheels there is such an amazing guy. Always greets me and I'd say now is a solid friend of mine. Always has a smile and helps every which way he can. Promote that dude, he deserves it.

Always seems to have what I want at a good price.

Never had a bad experience with staff. Always friendly and willing to help/seem to enjoy their job. Only issue would be stock always seems very limited
