This place will definitely try to take advantage of a traumatizing situation to capitalize financially. They tried to strong arm me to have services for my love one on the day they wanted to and showed no compassion or empathy. They get you into that basement office and try to bully!! No sir! I took my time and money to a business that didn’t take advantage of my family during a vulnerable time. (Swansons on 6 mile) Funerals are not cheap nor easy! Spending tens of thousands of dollars and Grieving at the same time could definitely make the situation worst dealing with these inexperienced, unprofessional and rude people. Customer Service is something that can and should be taught! Everybody at this establishment needs to take a few courses!

I’m not sure if this is the place you want to bring your loved one. When I came to my cousin’s funeral they had commercials playing on 97.9 FM loudly. My husband had to ask them to turn it off an turn on appropriate music. There was also no personnel around to greet the guest and direct them to the room. It was like we were running things on our own. They were also still setting up during the family hour. Just a word of advice set an atmosphere that is respectful of those that are grieving.

Highly unprofessional. Very rude, unsympathetic and nasty attitude towards people trying to lay their loved ones to rest. Had the nerve to ask for a tip several times to multiple people throughout the process.

I would give 0 stars if I could.

This place is hugh as ever and the dark-skinned heavy set guy is a shark when people are grieving he's rude to his staff up under him clearly. Never talk to him over the phone about adding anything he's a oprtunist he got money from my other family member it was horrible !
