We had been shopping for a washer for a couple of weeks when I seen ABC Warehouse in Jackson on google. I called and Keven Porter answered the phone wow he made everything supper easy from the type make and model to the pricing! He was so very helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. We drove over to his store and bought the exact washer we were talking about and guess what they are delivering and installing it tomorrow! Talk about service! Thank you Kevin for making our purchase stress free!

Our full freezer was dying so I needed one ASAP. The sales rep (Kevin) answered all my questions, pointed out where to find the one feature I absolutely wanted. When I showed up at the store the checkout went fast and they loaded into my truck within minutes. Great and efficient service

Kevin was excellent. He took the time to show me the difference in the products I was looking at. He was kind and knowledgeable. The customer service was beyond what you get anywhere you go these days. He actually seemed happy to do his job with pride. You just don’t get this anywhere. What I purchased was less than $100, and he treated me with the respect of buying the most expensive items I’m the store. I spend thousands at Best Buy, but not anymore. We are updating our home, and am very pleased to continue to go to this ABC Warehouse for my future needs. Everyone working there while I was there seemed to have his knowledge, kindness, and helpfulness. I was so very impressed.

Salesman (Matt) introduced himself and left us alone to browse, but was quickly available to dig up answers to any obscure product question I had. Felt very confident making another purchase here as they always treat me well.

We purchased a recliner and queen mattress/box springs.
The manager Kevin helped us with our furniture decisions. He was very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful without being a pushy sales guy. Their prices were quite reasonable. We will definitely return if we ever have a need for more merchandise. The whole experience was top-notch.
