Great customer service. Bought a game yesterday. It worked for a bit. The. Stopped. Came in today and they looked to exchange it. Didn’t have another on the shelf. They resurfaced the disk for me. Works great now. Hands down best video game store in town. Huge selection, all eras, great pricing. And the best customer service.

Love this store. Long, dark winter days are on the way and this is where to go to stock up on excellent quality used movies to brighten those days!! Plus there is excellent Christmas shopping to do here. Love all the stocking staffers they have!!

Love this place! Moved to lansing but the location there just isn't nearly as good. The staff here are welcoming, knowledgeable, and super cool to chat with!

Great selection of cheap games and movies. The staff is knowledgeable and you can get cash on the spot if you have any product they can sell, they will buy it from you. Don't try to negotiate price though, it's standardized for the most part

This is a great place to find those vintage and hard to find video games you're looking for. They have great prices. I love going here once a week just to see what they have gotten in.

Should be the first place you go for a like new Movie or Video game. Second-hand stores have lower quality and higher prices. Pawn shops are variety only.

Cool customer reps and a huge selection of video games, movies, posters, and all sorts of other awesome stuff. This is always my 1st stop for used video games and accessories. If the one in Jackson doesn't have it, they have plenty of other locations, all running basically the same deals.

Had a decent amount of games and stuff. Was able to find a game or two that my daughter wanted to play with me, which gives me the daddy/daughter time that she likes to have while still doing stuff that we both can enjoy.

Had a lot of great titles in! A little disorganized and freindly staff. They lacked wii u and switch stuff though.
