Kroger

Clean I had no waiting I needed a price check and the lady was nice and did a price check for me and also let me know there was one by the pharmacy if I needed it. I was in and out parking was great It was snowing but the parking lot was cleaned up. Has shopping carts regardless of the cold.

The staff is always friendly, and helpful. They keep the store very clean. There are a lot of things they have a wide selection of, but there are some things you would kind of expect them to have that they either don't carry at all or have a surprisingly low selection of.

Store is clean and well stocked. Stocking is kept up throughout the day. Store is crowded during normal rush hours as the only Kroger left in are area.

I haven't been inside in a while but that's because of their amazing pickup system!

Out of all the stores we have tried, this Kroger has quickest pickup, best sub policy, and easiest check-in. We've also never had broken eggs, squished bread, or bruised fruits which always seem to happen when we go elsewhere.

Staff is also helpful, quick, and polite, too.

I was able to quickly check out after finding everything I needed.

Some of the most reasonably priced groceries in Jackson, MI. Friendly staff. All grocery items are always fresh. Kroger beats out other grocery stores because of their A+ rewards program that keeps me coming back.

I love this store. It's always clean, well stocked, and inviting. Some of the employees have my heart, seriously so kind. Their organic selection is the best around, which I really appreciate in general but especially right now for avoiding yucky pesticides that may compromise our immune systems. Thank you all for everything!

The employees here are great! I've never had a bad experience, everyone is always cheerful and helpful. I go out of my way to shop at this location over others. It's always well stocked.

The store is always clean and the cashiers are so friendly.

Very good place to shop

It's the Holidays, this place is packed and given the constant center front presence of a hiring table with positions advertised I suspect it's understaffed.
1) Remember this is still front line! Customers sneeze & cough & touch things all day and these workers just want to get home to family safe.
2) Grab a CART FROM THE PARKING LOT! It's been very common thing to not find carts inside. Be kind to a fellow customer and grab 2 or 3 to push up and leave in the entrace...A free way to pay it forward ❣
3) Their hours are shortened both in the store & pharmacy.
4) Pharmacy has had longer wait times and often there's a line inside
5) Pharmacy window outside is closed

6) I FOUND CREAM CHEESE BLOCKS on Dec.22 Hurry!!

The store is always neat and clean, and I love the selection of products! I’ve been able to find everything I need here. Specifically, I enjoy Saffron Road products because they are halal, organic, and the meat is humanely treated and slaughtered. I love that this Kroger has the Madras Curry and Meatballs in stock from Saffron Road. As long as this Kroger continues to stock a variety of delicious local and exotic foods, I will happily continue to shop here.

This location is on top of their business from customer service to bakery to self service associates. But you do have to double check purchases coupons, Kroger card, and weekly ad sales posted because I had a few slips happen but i always check my receipt and just walk over to customer service and they handle it right away. Customer service is great.

I stopped in to pick up groceries and had another great experience. The store was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I got through the checkout in a timely manner and the staff bagged the groceries and placed them in the cart for me while I paid my bill. I love my neighborhood Kroger and the weekly sales I find there.

Excellent customer service. I have never had a bad experience here. I would like to mention Vincent from the seafood and meat department specifically. He located a product for me which I was told they did not carry. He did his own research for me, located the product (Beyond Meat burger) and called me back personally to let me know that he would have them waiting for the person I sent to the store to pick them up got there to get them. Because I have medical issues I must be on a plant based diet and I had been looking everywhere for this product! ( They are excellent by the way) Thank you Vincent for all of your help!

Lots of great deals, a free weekly product, lots of coupons delivered in the mail for free or discounted items. Low carb foods and lots of health related items. Food and more. One of our favorite places to shop. Rewards cards gets gas points.

Love shopping there rather than store on Michigan are but only problem I've had lately is that they haven't had anymore jemnieO 99% lean ground turkey for about the last year. And of course I have a rain check for it b1g1. I'd love it if they'd get some more in. Thanks

Friendly staff. Clean store. Variety of options. Fresh produce. Great sales. I love my Kroger card and the Kroger app because I can use coupons for things I buy. I have saved over $1600 on groceries and fuel this year and the year is not over! Plus they recently started offering a service called Click List. You shop from your phone or computer, pay, schedule a time to pick it up, and Kroger employees bring it out to your car when you get there.

Great service and prices. Kroger app is super helpful for finding things and getting coupons to your Kroger card. Love the fuel points! Also, like how they employ disabled people and teenagers. One of the few places that does that and the only store I know if that still employs baggers.

I'm not always a Kroger shopper. Today I'm gald I did. Needed shrimp. Went to my usual store, nobody I asked was really knowledgeable of what I needed, when I found where it should be, the shelf was empty. Drove to Kroger. Not only were they stocked, it was on sale. The man at the meat counter even suggested I apply the Kroger app coupon that would bring the sale price down more than $2.00 a pound. Excellent service, even for a Saturday!

The parking lot is always bad for some reason but sometimes it's worth for good customer service like this.
