After getting a few quotes from different shops around the area, I took my truck to Greg and his crew. After talking to them and explaining what the problems were, they were able to explain what was needed and what they recommend for future services
down the road. They were personal and respectful every step of the way. I will definitely be returning all my vehicles and recommending everyone to Greg's shop

Heard about G-Brocks Auto from my coworkers, and they had nothing but great things to say, honest, trustworthy and great service. I dropped my car off because it sounded like I needed new brakes, if not more. They called me back and gave me a run down. I was hesitant to pull the trigger just because it was more then I expected, but I called back and spoke with Greg, he was very straightforward and honest about what should probably be addressed ASAP vs what could be put off a bit. When I asked his opinion on my vehicle as it is now, should I invest or just buy something newer, he said in his experience, it could definitely go for longer. (Side Note, my friends who have been going here for years had asked the same of him and he was straight with them, saying putting any more money into the car they had wouldn’t pay off.) So I have confidence in his judgement. They were able to complete the job same day, and I couldn’t be happier, everything works well, no more weird noises. I will have to go back to get my front brakes done, but that was because I opted out. Friendly service, Greg was wonderful and friendly, explained things I didn’t understand. I will definitely go back and also will be recommending them to whom ever needs a trustworthy mechanic!

Brought my car in for a check up after hearing some noises. Greg personally looked at my car and explained things in terms I could understand. He advised me to wait on repairs since they weren’t necessary in the immediate future, but would be eventually. I was impressed by their honesty, ease of scheduling, and quick service. Definitely will be bringing my car back in the future.

Brought my car in here over the summer when my A/C stopped blowing cold air. Refilled it with freon and a dye since they couldn't locate the leak. After about a month the A/C stopped again and they determined it was a leak in the compressor. They quoted me a good price to replace it but recommended I put the money towards a new vehicle since my current one was reaching the end of its life. Fast forward a few months when I did indeed purchase a new used vehicle from a dealership. The engine stalled near their shop and the dealership wouldn't pay to tow it for them to inspect. G-Brock's towed it for me for practically nothing (basically covered gas) and offered to tow it back to their shop and repair it if the dealership was going to charge me for repairs. They are super nice and really care about helping you!

Most of all, you want your auto service center to be honest. It's great that they are reasonably priced, but you just don't want to get taken. GBrock Auto is honest and treats you with respect. They have no interest in taking you for a ride, they want you as a customer for life. I'd recommend them to anyone. They are worth the drive!

I have to give credit where credit is due. I was stranded with my 2008 Jeep in downtown Milwaukee by the lakefront. Living in Oconomowoc, I had no idea what to do. I did not want to take it to a dealer as I have not had good experiences with dealers repairing my vehicles. I searched my home area for a local shop and found G-Brocks Auto Repair. I called, spoke to the owner Greg, and he offered to personally come and tow me to Dousman. The problem that I was having with my Jeep was a problem that occurred before, but no one was ever able to find the problem or fix it. Greg arrived, towed my Jeep, diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair quote, and went ahead with the work. He was very personable and kept me informed as to the progress of my repair. I would recommend G-Brock to everyone. A home town shop, run by the owner, who cares about his customers and his business. Greg will have my business for life.

With my husband and I and two young adult drivers, we've had a number of vehicles in to GBrock's. We have always had positive experiences there. Good work, good price and receptionist Liz is nice, knowledgeable and professional.

I was recommended to them by a friend in regards to the emissions testing. I stopped in without an appointment and I was in and out in about 7 minutes. No cost. And they submitted my results directly to the DMV which saves me time of ot having to mail them. They also recommended a great local diner for lunch.

Been going to G-Brock for years getting oil change, tire rotation, ect. Great service at a hometown price. Would recommend G Brock to anyone that needs auto repair.
