It may be small, but you will not find a better strength gym in the area. Filled with years and years of experience and people willing to help. You get what you put in though. If you're not willing to learn and help, then this isn't the gym for you.

Great place to train. Great people, big weights, intense and friendly enviroment, Jj Thomas is the man to know in Michigan if you want to compete in powerlifting. None better!
