I worked with Jordan Hill on getting a new car and he worked his butt off to make sure I got what I wanted! Very honest salesman and he made my experience a good one and I got the car I wanted! He kept me updated often on the process to keep me in the loop, which I appreciated. I highly recommend asking for him when you’re searching for your next vehicle!

Carlos was very prompt to answering questions, getting back to us, getting the ball rolling for financing. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and attentive. We appreciate the patience and the process for financing.

Drew was great to work with. After several rounds of going back and forth he was finally able to get me a fair deal. Recommend if you’re looking for a used car at an affordable price. You won’t get the 5 point inspection you get with a OEM certified dealership, but that is at least reflected in the price. Also they did not push me for extras like extended warranty and such, just offered it without going on a long “sob” story of why I should get it. When I said no, that was it. Overall if you’re looking for a dealership without the extra baggage, this is a good place to go.

Carlos was my initial contact via email and I appreciated his low pressure approach. My wife and I were originally planning to test drive a few vehicles at different dealerships, but after the test drive exceeded our expectations and then talking things over with the manager Ryan, we realized he legitimately wanted to make a deal on the spot. I think we probably spent a little less than an hour taking care of the paperwork and arranging delivery of the vehicle the next morning. I'm not one who enjoys haggling and I don't think I've set foot in a dealership in decades, so this amazingly smooth and low stress experience with MotorMax of Holland was a pleasant surprise.

Update on this post,,, apparently alot of ppl there are out sick sooo with that being said,,, now the issue wont be rectified till Friday morning and still gonna cost me a cpl hundred bucks thinkin bout dropping a star till then
Well heres the update on the tire situation they got me 4 brand new tires ,,, so the situation has been rectified,, only cost $366.99 gor tires and install,,, would i recommend this dealership to someone,,,, heck yes and ask for rob

Just purchased my new car! And I am going through a HUGE transition right now where I had a ton of complications throughout the process that needed worked out. I had a previous car loan that was taken care of to get my new car. Brandon made this process extremely easy even though it was probably an uphill battle he assured I would find something. And we did! I got a great deal and great customer service and that’s something money can’t buy :) definitely worth at least a look at their lot if you’re purchasing a new car. They have something for everyone, even me!
