Encore Upscale Resale

I have been shopping at Encore since 2017 and love the store and its staff. I particular shop on the "Home Goods" sales days......simply wonderful!!

I appreciate being able to drop off items to donate on behalf of my family as well as others to this location and I’ve had an opportunity to shop in their RESALE area and found great deals at an extremely affordable price.

Great staff, great store. Made out like a bandit with quality clothes for a bargain!

I am Truth bound in saying such things. Privately owned "thrift" stores around here are greedy.

This one isn't. The best deals are found in thrift stores that base their work in philanthropy, not greed.

You will find what you're looking for, and it benefits others. When God is mentioned and condoned, the blessings are palpable.

I love this store so much that I make extra special trips just to see what's going on. Always clean and organized. Friendly staff and wonderful selections of anything you can think of. The sales and deals are amazing. I cannot say enough good things about my favorite thrift store

I absolutely loved my experience here today. The staff were friendly, spoke when I walked in and even when I checked out were very helpful. The prices of my items were very reasonable and I was shocked when they were discounted down lower. Definitely will be back.

I passed by and then I turned around to check it out. Well, what a great instinct to have because this place is great.
The ladies who was there are absolutely fantastic and they provide wonderful customer service.

My friend who lives in the area took me to this place as I was looking for a teddy bear for a buddy back in the Philly Metro area where I'm from. Much to my absolute delight ,I found a suitable stuffed animal ,not a bear but something equally more than acceptable! The service was marvelous, the selection equal to their name and I/ we came on the Senior discount day. Imagine that blessing. I was so impressed that I asked them to keep the change and I gave a small donation to boot. What a great shopping experience!!!!

I have been shopping at Encore Upscale Resale since they opened. What I like is that while they do price the more upscale items accordingly for that market they keep the more mainstream items priced accordingly. And every day they do have special sales and a weekly sales and makes shopping affordable. Friendly staff and very clean. Recommend highly!

Store is very clean, spacious and well organized. Dressing rooms are well lit, have mirrors, space to move around. Prices are excellent and there is a new sale every week. (Clothing in couture section are priced higher and these items do not go on sale.) Dollar items on final sale rack. Benefits Southfield Christian School.

Best resale shop. So great I'm hesitant to share! Seriously though the merchandise is not garage sale things they are what you would buy new but at great prices. Clothing is 4 dollars to 8 dollars and on sale days 50% off. They have a sale everyday and have everything from clothing to athletic gear. Furniture is retro chic and modern. Best part is it is for charity.

Now a year later....not as thrilled. They no longer sell furniture. Lamps yes, home decorations small appliances. What a drag. Furniture was the best!

My first visit after wanting to go for a long time. I got a pair of dress pants, a sweater, two cardigans, jacket and 3 mens shirt for $37. The store was clean and organized with curtain pull dressing rooms. They even had things organized by size and color. The staff was very friend and helpful. Will definitely return again.

I found some really nice things, shoes for my 14 year old kids pillow like new for my 8 year old. There selection of clothing was nice just not what I was out looking for yesterday. They have some really nice things, just remember it's a resale shop.

Probably one of my favorite thrift stores. Good quality clothing and they have a whole rack with new with tags. Fairly priced and there is always a sale going on. Lots to pick from, and I never leave the store empty-handed.

Very clean thrift store. Housegoods as well as shoes and clothing. The whole family can easily shop designer outfits for under $100. You'll receive notifications of weekly discounts when you sign up through email. Staff is pleasant to interact with.

This little shop has high quality items. And it has senior Mondays and Under 55 Wednesdays.

95% staffed by volunteers, though, means you shouldn't wait 'til 10 minutes before closing. You could miss out!

Staff are friendly and helpful. A nice man carried my dishes and furniture out to my car. And if you pay for your items, the store will hold them for up to three days!

Very cool resale. Differnt stuff every day. Different discount days every day of the week (like Wed is a discount for people younger then 55) and weekly sales for everyone. Proceeds go to charity. Where they loose a star for me the red tag (designer) are never discounted. Customer service is great.

I LOVE this store!! They have a great selection of both clothes and housewares! I always find awesome things at great deals and walk out super happy. Everyone at the store is SO kind and helpful!!

Wonderful resale store. Well organized and all items were spotless. Very friendly staff. Huge selection of shoes. Prices were very reasonable. It was the first time I shopped there. I will definitely shop there again.
