This is my first time filing taxes at this location, If I could give this location more stars I would. The atmosphere is very clean and quiet. From the moment I walked in my family and I were greeted with nothing but kindness by Racheal. Racheal is very professional, she educated me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend anyone who’s filing their taxes to pick her!!!! I look forward to filing my taxes again next year with Racheal she did a phenomenal job. Racheal is a blessing in disguise. I Yes have been dealing with identity theft since the COVID pandemic ( so it’s hard for me to trust anyone with my SSN). On that note This is my second year filing my taxes through Library Tax and I’ll be back next year also. Racheal goes above and beyond with helping her clients file their taxe, she walked me through the whole process, lets not forget her ability to work around your schedule. ( I’m not sure if that was for me personally, but thank you for your help I really appreciate it ). I look forward to working with you again next year.
