Cute trailer park. Mixed crowd of people so it seems very inviting. I don't live there but im just speaking on what it felt like to visit .

It is a very nice area and very well maintained. I've known a couple people that have lived there and they really enjoyed it. And me as a visitor has enjoyed it as well. And free coffee
