So today 10/19/2021i spoke too soon. Contacted store about my purchase and now getting the run around about an order. Poor customer service when you are trying to locate an item, seems like nobody know ma nothing. Great jeans but never again

My daughter purchased a 2-piece outfit (not a bathing suit), but attempted to return within 24 hours. She never wore the outfit, and it ended up being too sheer to wear in public than she liked (revealed by better lighting). The clerk was about to allow an exchange, until the owner came to deny it...claiming it was too much "like" a bathing suit, and there are no returns on bathing suits. BS. Always about supporting black business, but this one won't be getting ours again.

Owner is probably a nice lady but her employees are horribly rude and lack basic communication skills. One employee said she wouldn't discuss a situation cause her daughter was asleep next to her at the job?? Aside from the internal business side, the clothes are very cheap matieral for the asking price. You are better of going to forever 21/fashion nova cause you can get the same fits with the same material for $20. Also a better customer service experience as well

this company is extremely horrible & it’s so sad to say.
here’s what happened: i went in the store to see if they had my size in a jumpsuit (i needed a medium) however they only had a large available. i asked the employee if was to purchase the jumpsuit in the large and it doesn’t fit, what’s their policy|protocol? she informed me that i would be able to order the jumpsuit offline (since it was not in the store) and when it comes in the mail, try it on and bring in the next day..the employee emphasized the “NEXT DAY” to receive a return or exchange.

i purchased the jumpsuit offline and when it came in the mail, it did not fit. so what did i do? i went into the store the NEXT DAY to either receive a return or exchange. there was a different employee there and she did not know what to do when i informed her that the jumpsuit did not fit so she called the owner & the owner said that she couldn’t do anything for me although her employee informed me of this information.

with that being said, it’s sad that i got screwed over based of what YOUR employee told me and reading the other reviews, this is clearly a common problem.

They didn’t even have anything worth buying. It was honestly a waste of my time. She posting pictures of the clothes on ig that they don’t even have in the store.
