Visited George Peppard aka John Hannibal Smith from The A-Team and Audrey Hepburns love interest from Breakfast at Tiffany's. If you are a film buff or love that show or movie then this would be a great place to visit. When you enter the cemetery go to the right and his grave is red. The name Peppard is easy to spot

Went with family to the cemetery earlier today. We didn't encounter the groundskeeper so there were no problems. I believe that you are able to drive into the cemetery. It's a bit overgrown, but has it's charm.

Some friends and I visited the cemetery yesterday to pay our respects to actor George Peppard and as we were we were being watched by the groundskeeper we thought we did something wrong I asked him a couple times if we need to remove our vehicles because I thought I was in his way he didn’t answer Ihe didn’t respond had his arms crossed extremely rude verbally aggressive towards us and there was a child there he threw us out of the cemetery I will never visit the cemetery again

Groundskeeper was incredibly rude for a public cemetery that is open from dawn to dusk. Felt discriminated against for taking the time out of my day to visit a space of calmness and reflection and to pay attention to gravestone that I'm certain very few people even look at. If you're an individual who enjoys visiting public cemeteries, skip this one.

Worst cemetery we have ever visited. My 11 year old daughter and I were off the property and verbally attacked by the groundskeeper, with him swearing at us, calling us names and screaming ...luckily, I hit record and recorded the interaction as we were in shock.

* We have been contacted by others he has mistreated asking us to share this public interaction that we have of Jim Toms calling my daughter and me names and swearing at us. We may share at some point.

My daughter and I visited the cemetery to pay our respects to the late actor, George Peppard because I met him when I was a child and my daughter watches his old show. We entered the cemetery and paid our respects and said a prayer. We were in the cemetery less than 5 minutes, and were very respectful, as we are in any cemetery.

We left the cemetery and stopped on the PUBLIC street in front of the gate outside the cemetery to take a photo of the sign. This is when a groundskeeper raced over and started verbally attacking us...he started swearing at us, called us names, stated to never come back and told my daughter and I he should have booted our a.... for what, paying our respects at a grave?. He continued screaming that he owned the street all the way up to a certain driveway. As we were in fear, I was able to hit record on my phone and recorded the interaction. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MUCH HATE OR VITRIOL IN MY LIFE!!

HOW IS JIM'S FAMILY NOT COMPLETELY EMBARASSED BY HIS ACTIONS, READ THE REVIEWS...HE DIES THIS TO EVERYONE!

This cemetery was the worst I have ever visited and should be an absolute embarrassment to the city of Dearborn. I will share my experience with those at the city as well.

The photos show the interaction once we were on a public street and my daughter visiting the Peppard grave.

The behavior from this man is absolutely shocking and should be an embarrassment to anyone with a family member there. How anyone could swear and call a little girl names I beyond me...disgusting!!!

All the bad reviews are accurate. I wish I had known about them prior to visiting this cemetery, the psycho Jim caught me off guard...
He comes flying down the dirt road in his big boy golf cart, screaming and yelling No pictures! No pictures! I try to calm him down by telling him you catch more flies with honey, but he doesn't care. He has some bizarre god complex about the place. (He told me later that he can make up rules as he sees fit).

After some back and forth yelling, he said he'll show me, gets back on his big boy cart and takes off. I think screw this, I got the picture I wanted, I'm out of here, I don't have time for crazy. Only problem? Jimbo has blocked the only exit with his big boy cart. I told him I'm calling the police, but he doesn't care, he's not moving. It's not until I tell him I'm calling and reporting myself as kidnapped did he have a change of heart and he moved his big boy cart.

Imagine having a god complex over a very poorly maintained cemetery!

Don't be scared off by this lunatic. This cemetery is private, but it's open to the public. If they don't want pictures or video taken while on the property, JUST POST A SIGN SAYING THAT!

Either way, I'm not getting ran off by a crazy guy.
I'll be back, taking pictures, until I get trespassed...

And Jimbo, if you read this, GO SCREW YOURSELF!

One of the most horrible cemeteries we have ever visited. We had a dealing with the groundskeeper, terrible person. Why would anyone bury their loved ones there?

My Father and eight of us (mostly his children) went to visit his parents and brothers graves (our grandparents and uncle). We were harassed and screamed at almost the whole time by "Jim" the so called superintendent riding on his golf cart type machine. He wanted us all to leave. He interrupted our gathering and family prayer service. He was very Rude, Obnoxious, and should find a new Occupation.
I see from other reviews that many others have been felt unwelcomed by this same man. The Cemetery should be a quiet place of reflection for us to visit our ancestors. I hope Jim feels good about ruining my 97 year old Father's family gathering at his parents and brothers graves. Dad was almost in tears.
Jim should find a new job or RETIRE!!!

Went to visit my aunt’s gravesite today. As I was leaving, I met up with the groundskeeper. I asked him if I could ask him a question. He rolled his eyes as he was reaching for ignition to shut off. His comment was, “as u can see I am busy.” Which was not true, he was just entering cemetery on his tractor. After reading reviews, Obviously this is not the first time people have been subjected to his rudeness. I was totally appalled by his demeanor towards me and many other people that go there to pay their respect to their deceased family members. There is a phone number on the online site, but I am sure it is directly connected to this disrespectful individual that tends to the grounds. He doesn’t even deserve 1 star on the scale. One star is far more than he deserves

I visited the Cemetery today and also ran across the ground keeper, I though maybe I done something wrong. I asked him if he worked here...he barked he was too busy to talk. He was standing staring. I watched him as I drove off, he stood there for a couple minutes then got in his pickup and drove like a maniac to a house located near the entrance. Got out of his truck and ran inside.

I have many ancestors from multiple generations and two sides of the family buried in this pretty cemetery. I visited or should I say attempted to visit last year. An extremely abusive and frightening man verbally assaulted my family as we tried to look at graves and to do some genealogical research. Despite trying to explain multiple times that we were looking for family members he continued to scream at us and drive a mower towards us screaming that we were liars and didn't belong there. He said if we had ancestors there we would know exactly where every person was! Many of these graves are from the late 1800s and early 1900s. We had traveled from thousands of miles away for a family occasion and to do family research after I had discovered that many direct ancestors were buried there and that there were probably many more that I didn't yet know about which was what I was discovering before he decided to come over and harass us .It was also disturbing because as he was running his riding mower towards us again and again he was so infuriated that he was tearing up the ground around several graves. Very frustrating and frightening to be harassed like this. Be cautious!

Having met the infamous Jim, I understand exactly why this once beautiful cemetery ranks so poorly.
