I would like to say that an employee was very nice and he took his time to help me and my Mother out with some items we need. His name was Gene N. He should be paid more .Good job Gene, keep it up.

If they sold milk and lucky charms, I wouldn't need a second store to shop at, at all! Clothes for work, tools, building supplies and beds. What more do you need! Oh yeah, milk and lucky charms.

Easy to shop and geeks like they have just about everything you could possibly need, even some food!

Of all of the local home goods stores, Menards by far has the best selection of lumber. From plywood to hardwoods, they must have at least 70% more of a selection than Home Depot or Lowes. Definitely appreciated when building a project and there's no time to wait around on special orders.

Dustin and his guys that work in the lumberyard did a magnificent job loading a pallet on to my trailer that had a gate at the end with no issues great thinkers!!

Great experience with Menards today. Had a special order
that I needed assistance with. Excellent customer service at the service desk. Polite, professional, and competent. Rich and Nancy were great.

I could spend 5 hours/???? in this store! Store was clean and neat. Had 2 employees help me. 1 gentleman helped me in the bath section and helped me in fencing and garden area. Was very knowledgeable of all areas. Every employee I encountered was nice and asked if I needed any help.

One of my favorite stores to shop for all our needs from cleaning supplies to food for the table! Service is always great to!

Not thrilled with the main delivery people. They couldn’t wait 5 minutes for the delivery of my door. Door later fell and was damaged.
However I called Menards back and got a hold of Noah. He took time out of his day to drive all the way out to my house to help move my door into my garage. (I really didn’t want it to be stolen)
Noah was very professional and kind. Wouldn’t even accept the tip I gave him.
Menards if you see this, give Noah a raise!! Because of him you gained yourself a loyal customer. Thank you!

My favorite place to shop, all year round. Great service and friendly team members. Excellent product selection, from building supplies to groceries. All this and great value for your money. If they sold beer I wouldn't need to shop anywhere else!

He went above and beyond the call to figure out how to get us the mdf boards we had preordered. When we arrived at the atore our order had not yet been picked and other customers had purchased some of the boards already. He figured out how many we needed and offered to have boards cut down for us and then helped us load it, all 80+ boards. We so appreciated Titus's help and great cheerful helpfulness!!!

I like there drive up lumber yard with my online purchase. Also I bought a firewood splitter, which was pulled from stock and ready to go on a fork lift.
Also easy in and easy out for other purchases.

Always love this store. Inventory is targeted to the handyman and do-it-yourselfer rather than the contractor, though the contractor can't go wrong here for small jobs either. Team members are always helpful and willing to give advice, or admit when they don't know and try to find someone who does.

First warm weekend of the year. It was packed! Shelves were fully stocked and found everything quickly. Small wait in checkout, but cashier was efficient. Not very friendly, but wasn't looking for a conversation.

We just bought a (stock) garage door and had it delivered from the Comstock Park location. It was sent incomplete and damaged. The store employee I contacted did nothing to secure another door for me from another location. I ended up talking to Lane from the Holland store (millwork) and he put me on hold to call another location and secure a door for us and even had them pull and inspect the door while I was on hold! Great work Lane!

I always have the best experience at Menards. I have questions on what I am looking for. Today, I asked 3 different employees for help. They dropped everything they were doing and provided top notch service with a caring attitude. Then.. check out.. as always the check out staff is personable and a joy to complete my purchase. Menards of Holland is tops in the area.

Busy, but Saturdays are. We couldn't find a large flat cart, searched a longtime. Finally found an associate, he went to the special order area and got one. That was great customer service. We usually always find what we need.
