Went shopping today and Austin was a great help plus made me feel good about the way clothes fit. He has great customer service and buckle is lucky to have him. I will be back. Thanks Austin from Southalnd mall.

I’d rather go to the dentist than buy new jeans, in fact I do go to the dentist more often than I buy jeans because with my 3ft long legs shopping anywhere else results with me crying in the parking lot and so I always come to Buckle from that dark mental place. Well, AUSTIN saw us in there yesterday and remembered me from last time and took amazing care to help me find something I can actually wear. Being remembered after not coming back for over half a year means the world to a consumer like me, I made sure to tell him to his face but I’d like to make sure I tell other people who kindly he treated me, too. He deserves the best.

His knowledge about the store’s inventory and the various colorways of the jeans I selected was impressive.

I’ve been shopping at buckle for years. You get what you paying for. Quality is the buckle way. You could say I’m addicted to this place. They have styles for every age and genre. Might not be the cheapest place. But you get what you pay for! Quality. Thank you Austin. Austin brought out quite a lot of boot for my buddy Paul and I to try on. We bought 4 pairs yesterday. Along with Shirts and wallets. 😃
