El Loro | Méxican Restaurante

Visited this Mexican restaurant while staying at the best western plus down the street. Went on a Wednesday night and was happy with the quality of food and service received. Ordered a strawberry margarita on the rocks which was alright. The chicken fajitas were good and came out sizzlizing out of the kitchen. Would get dinner from here again

My husband and I went to this restaurant after an appointment in the area. After experiencing the phenomenal service and delicious food, I wish it was closer to where I live so I could go more often!
The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, and the food was fresh and made with high quality ingredients. There were a nice variety of menu options, and the lunch portions were just the right size.
I will definitely stop in again if/when I am in the area again and will recommend it to others.

I could honestly write a dissertation on how great El Loro is. From the food, to the staff, to the atmosphere, its all a 10/10! El Loro is EASILY the best mexican restaurant in all of Hudson, Lake Elmo, Woodbury, Stillwater, & St Paul. You cannot beat the food quality, prices, variety, and friendliness of the staff.

We come here all the time and I don't think we have ever had a negative experience. We typically get the fajita nachos and fajita quesadilla. You do have to be careful that you don't fill up on chips and salsa before your food arrives (or do and just take your food home for leftovers because it always warms up well too lol)!

If you're not from Hudson, it's worth the trip. If you are from Hudson - you're SUPER lucky to have such a stellar place so close!!

Simply wonderful food... If you like Mexican food you need to come here... It's amazingly delicious 😋

Just visited again after a long absence. Still top notch! The menu has grown but the speedy, friendly service is still there. Even with several tables occupied, food orders were quick, hot and accurate. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Still highly recommend!

Great experience! My Burrito Ruleta had fresh, homemade pico that tasted amazing! Our server was "probably the best server we've ever had" according to my husband. If we lived in this area, we would definitely frequent here!!

I love this place! I would never go anywhere else for Mexican food but here. Their food is very authentic and delicious! They're margaritas are very good too. I would highly recommend this place.

This is my favorite restaurant in the world. Today it was packed (no surprise) and service was still amazing. Every time I come here it's a fiesta, mi gusta El Loro!

We are here at least once, maybe twice a week. The food is always phenomenal, the staff is always so attentive, friendly and energetic. And we have never left disappointed.

First time here- super good service, kind people, and awesome huge menu. Husband got the special platter and I got carnitas street tacos. Chips and salsa and dip delivered ASAP when you get to table. Bomb food. Would recommend!
