Great guys working there. Super good customer service. I would give them more stars if possible. The regular smoke shop I usually go to was closed and my e-pen quit working all of a sudden these guys help me find a solution to make it through the night until my regular smoke shop opens tomorrow. They didn't have the exact e-pen I was looking for. They help me find an alternative solution to make it through night. Super grateful. Didn't want to go back to cigarettes even for a night. Open late hours which is unusual for smoke and vape shops. I'm going to go back and grab me a whole pack of these little things from them.

I went to many different hookah shops and lounges looking for good and friendly service. Once puff 2 cloud opened I started going there. The service is fast and friendly, also the owner goes above and beyond to help you. I've been a loyal customer since they have opened and I will continue to give them my business. A great small business with good values.

I'm not the smartest guy when it comes to vaping...let's face it I'm kinda dumb when it comes down to it. That being said every time I walk into this place whoever is helping me educates me and is more than happy to show me a few new tips/tricks to make sure I'm, more or less, vaping correctly. Their knowledge, patience and overall demeanor is what makes this place a quality store. On top of all of that the store is always clean and well organized. 5/5 would recommend.

The staff here is amazing. I get a Hello by name and a handshake as if I’ve been shopping here for ever, every time I come in. Huge selection of products and this location is open late 7 nights a week.

Only place I go for vape juice! I've been coming here since shortly after they opened, I think, and have loved seeing them expand. The owner is an awesome guy and if he doesn't have it, he will for sure get it for you.

The people that work here make it worthwhile to come back and spend money. All of them. Never have I been here without someone being super nice even when they are slammed busy. Never get that in Dearborn anymore.

Amazing vapes, and amazing hookahs. They have everything from flavors, all the way to amazing cups. I recommend this place to anyone that likes affordable hookah and vapes. The customer service is impeccable, the guys that work there love to keep a convo and make your visit a lot of fun.

My preferred one stop shop nowadays for vape, due to convenience. They sell all kinds of juices, however in their title, they also sell hookah and incense. Great customer support with the wide selection. To top it all off, if you vape you can also get a stamp sheet for customer appreciation (after eight bottles get a free one)

Not that many flavors available for vaping. More of a hookah shop. The owner is extremely friendly and attentive. If you ask him he will get what flavor you are looking for.
