Gardner White Furniture & Mattress Store

I went to the Gardner White on Eureka and Taylor met the sweetest lady, Who was a sales representative. Her name was Maddie. I told her my situation she was very patient and kind and I felt like her help was an act of Compassion and love 💗 Something that we need more of in this world . I really appreciate her and everything I needed I received , thank you for great service.

I walk in, and Mattie greeted me, with best smile. I told her what i looking for. She walked with me, went above and beyond my expectations. I haven’t bought furniture in 20 years. She helped me with I was I was looking for. I can’t say enough about her . I will be back again. For a bedroom set. Thank You Linda

Dorothy was amazing (located at Taylor location on Eureka Rd). Allowed your space to shop, not overbearing/patient but was also very informative and helpful with all questions I had. Very respectful and kind. Made my experience of shopping for a couch enjoyable. Thank you Dorothy!!

Yesterday we met with Brian Paul, a sales consultant at the Gardner White store on Eureka Road in Taylor, Michigan. He was professional, patient & personable. He was obviously a Mattress
Specialist because he helped us try out & choose the perfect mattress to fit our specific needs. Brian had a great deal of prior knowledge because of his many years of experience selling mattresses & furniture for Gardner White. My husband & I were very impressed with his excellent skills & efficiency. Our new mattress was delivered the same day we shopped. We highly recommend that you ask for Brian Paul if you visit Gardner White.

I worked with Kevin G. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took a lot of time making sure I would be happy with my mattress purchase. I would highly recommend Kevin as a salesperson to work with. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Purchase experience was good. Didn't pressure us to buy or spend more for commission. Same day purchase/delivery, a Sunday! Set up was not completed (electrical connectors) so we thought electric recline, etc was broken. Called the next day. Monday, and technician came to our home Friday and confirmed no issue other than delivery crew didn't complete the setup. Pleased with sale, product and service. Have told friends about our positive experience.

Denise was very helpful and the process was easier than expected. In their own words, the sales people don't stalk you. She guided us, and checked in occasionally to provide insight. It was a great experience.

Kevin was wonderful helping me find a bed I liked at a lesser rate than I thought. Made sure we were happy with our choices. There was a sweet lady trying to help as well. She got Kevin to help as he was the mattress expert. With my back and health issues his knowledge was invaluable! HIGHLY recommend Gardner White, Taylor!

My wife and I were given courteous service, while listening to the needs for the handicap customers. Previous sales but this was the best. Jett Wendler and Jeremiah Beaufort were very patient and helpful. Enjoyable experience.

This place is on the ball! The salesman, Robert A. found us the perfect mattress. And he set up our delivery for the next day!
The delivery guys were so super sweet and they were in & out of our house in less than 10 minutes.

I purchased the Skyline dining set. I am very happy with my purchase. Jeff Wendler was my S.A assisting me. Wonderful associate with great customer service, professionalism, and knowledgeable about the products. He was very patient with me as i was somewhat indecisive between two sets and I was having him get his steps in , all over the store. I am a happy Gardner White customer and highly recommend this furniture company for the quality of products and the great customer service from A to Z. I purchased in the past from Gardner White and I had phenomenal customer service experience from the SA to the delivery team.

Great place to go. Employees make you feel welcome and wanted! Nicholas Trupiano was our sales rep and he was amazing, helped us make sure we were making the right choice in what we wanted. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. Very nice place overall!

Eric is great! He was very helpful and patient as we were making our decisions on several rooms. He even helped with a purchase we made that needed a different size that we bought at another location. Looking forward to having Eric help with future needs.

My experience at G. White(Eureka), very positive. Josh, then Markeya were polite, informative, gave me my space while I looked. Took care of business when I returned next day to purchase. Delivery was made as sheduled. Delivery guys were efficient, polite and even returned the door back on its hinges for us(they didn't have to). Great Job all around!!

Dorothy and Jeremiah were very helpful and kind not pushy. Answered my questions thoroughly. Dorothy helped me pick out the right mattress and even took the time on her day off to try and get an app for the protector registered that wasn't working when I was there.

I was was greated by Monica Rios I explained what I was looking for it wasn’t much I only wanted to view tables for lamps in the clearance section. She ask to describe what type and I did she stated I have something in mind, once shown what she had in mind I asked to look at others and was shown others I really like the first set she directed too I purchased them. Monica was very respectful and talkative don’t get me wrong I am the talkative one she talked with me regarding subject areas I brought up. She is a true sales professional and truly could wait on me anytime

As always greeted at the door. Gentlemen named jet asked what we were interested in and right away took us to the area of interest. Very knowledgeable on product we were looking for. Very patient on letting us explore the store and we liked that. Some people can be pushy. Overall experience was a 10 if it were a scale of 1-10. Great job jet and we will be recommending this store to friends and family. Thank you

Gardner White deliver company did a great job delivering my new recliner. They kept me updated as to when they would be at my house and they were on time.
They dropped it off at the exact place I asked them too. Very professional!

We went in to Gardner White with full intentions to buy a loveseat recliner. Kevin G. Listen and showed us several diffent chairs. Very professional and informative. The cashier was a very nice Lady.
