Sabrina was the best. She was early and very nice, explained everything she was doing. I felt very confident in her expertise. We talked like old friends and I felt comfortable. I had a very good experience.

The front desk reception is nice, loaded with info on procedures, & eager to help. The nurses have been awesome, easy to talk to, professional, & very informative. I had my chin area cleared of stubborn lil hair... Works on skin of color.

Very informative. I just got my lips done and so far she did a great job can’t wait for the end results…

Update:
Over two weeks now and I’m not loving them. The lips look over filled and uneven, my top lip still looks like it did during the healing process. Very disappointed, been hoping it’ll settle the longer I waited during the 2 week healing mark. Working in the public doesn’t help when people are pointing out the things that are bothering you about them. I got tomorrow to see what can be done and I sure hope something can be fixed.

I went in yesterday for lip fillers, botox and laser hair removal. It was my first time for all of it. I felt that the staff was very accommodating and nice. I found out that I could not do my lip fillers due to dental work and a vaccine. However, I appreciate how thorough they were to make sure everything would be safe for me that day. I had Kristina and she was great. She answered all of my questions and set realistic expectations.

I've seen a couple reviews talking about the pricing. I am doing the financing plan and as long as you don't plan on paying the lowest required amount, you will be fine. Laser hair removal really is just an investment.

It was not difficult to get an appointment. I had my consultation and was able to get an appointment 2 days later. I also like how you can reschedule online.

On a normal day I never wait more then a few minutes and everyone is always vary nice. I was running about 10 minutes late one time and they still had time for my appointment. I very much appreciate this because sometimes the unexpected does happen and today was one of those days.

Staff very friendly, treatment barely hurt…upper lip actually tickled during treatment. Very happy with the starting results as well.

It was very good, my tech Sarah was amazing, she made me feel very good and relaxed. When I go back for my next appointment, I plan to ask for her. The procedure went very not, hardly no discomfort.

I had such an amazing experience at Ideal Image! All of the ladies working there were so kind and energetic, and my laser treatment was completed by a wonderful Medical Professional named Sarah. The "MedPro" was so patient and answered all of my questions, and I felt very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends!
