I won't go anywhere else. After going to box shoe stores with no avail. The gentleman took the time to measure my feet and make sure I had the perfect fit. I have spent a lot of money on hiking shoes and for the first time I got my money worth. The care they give for ensuring you are comfortable is outstanding! They even recommended to shop their clearance rack. Although I didn't go with a clearance item, I got a discount. Thank you for the customer service. My feet appreciate it!

had the BEST experience with Kasana the manger, she helped me over the phone order a pair of UGGS that are sold out everywhere. she was so kind and helpful. went above and beyond. wonderful experience and will shop here again.

My all-time favorite shoe store and just about the only place I shop for footware. Quality brands, great selection, clearence room, and knowledgeable and kind staff.

Schuler is my go to place for amazing quality, great fit and knowledgeable sales people. The shoes are not inexpensive, but a fair price for what you get--quality over quantity. My husband bought running shoes and I bought winter boots. Very happy with our purchases.

Shopping for Hoka shoes and went there to try on to confirm size due to price. Narrowed down to 3 styles before got there and Kamara was very helpful. They had my size in one color, not my color so she went online to try and find it at another store to get and they didn't have it either. She recommended I go online to get it since it was available online. I felt bad because she was losing a sale. She was fine with it and was glad I was able to confirm my size. Great service!! Once again, I received Five Star service at Schuler Shoes from Leslie at the Wayzata location. Leslie listened to what I needed in my shoes, the essential gear for walking. I wanted them to protect my arthritic feet, be lightweight, and offer stability and comfort. Although I, like many, enjoy the convenience of online shopping, I still prefer to shop local and value excellent service, and Leslie delivered!

I may never buy shoes again at big box to save money. Personal, friendly service, went through why certain brands were preferred for varying activities. Quality costs a little more but I feel like I got the perfect shoe with their advice.

My wife started getting her running shoes here and she'll never get them elsewhere! The knowledge of the staff, and level of service is outstanding! Even when they don't have her size or desired color in-stock, it usually takes less than a week before they arrive at our door!!

I've had great service from Chris in the past, but she really outdid herself at my last visit to the store. I explained what the latest issues were with my feet and the shoes I previously purchased from another store. She zeroed right in on what I needed, brought two pair of shoes (same brand, different styles) and was right on about what I needed! This store and Chris are GREAT!

I purchased two pairs of NB leather walking shoes recently about 8 months apart.They filled my need for support and fit. I was, of course, surprised when my right foot was a half size smaller than my left. But the shoes (same size) I purchased fit good with just a bit tighter lace up on the shorter side. The staff are great and very helpful.

Great service! Ordered online and received a call from my local store an hour later that my shoes were ready to pick up. In and out of the store very quickly. Always friendly, helpful staff.

Ok, so let me start by saying that I ***HATE*** shopping for shoes. I once spent 3 hours at a store trying to find a new pair of winter boots. My flat, wide feet make it hell to find the right pair of shoes.

That being said, Schuler is the BEST. They are consistent in the caliber of people they employ - friendly, knowledgeable, awesome individuals. They carry a wide range, but the crew is super helpful in helping to find specific things. I'll definitely be back, and FOR SURE recommend this place, especially for anyone that hates shoe shopping as much as I do.

My experience at Schuler was great. I have a very odd shoe size which makes it very hard to find shoes, not only did Schuler have my size they had a selection of different styles to choose from. I tried Macy's, Von Mar and Nordstrom's they did not have a single option for me.
