I received a letter from the IRS and needed to complete one more form. I had 80% of it done but was unsure of the rest. It was 2 weeks before the tax deadline so I understood all the tax preparers we're booked. After calling Kennedy & Associates I was told to come in. I met with Donna who assured me that it was an easy finish and and that she would hopefully finish it by the end of the week. I called at the end of the week and she said she was planning on getting to it that afternoon. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I waited till the end of that week and again called. This was on April 14th. She said she didn't have time and I should pick it up or she could mail it which was obviously ridiculous. I drove immediately to the office where my form was in an envelope by the door so she didn't have to see me. I called around frantically and found someone that just went through finishing the form with me on the phone. Total time was 10 minutes.
