Just shopped at Home Depot to buy lumber and some things and the customer service was immaculate! Every single person who helped me was so kind and happy to help, they made me feel so welcomed and not embarrassed to ask questions. One employee cut some lumber for me so it would fit in my car and i’m so appreciative! As an artist who shops at lots of random home depot’s, this one was such a pleasant experience!

Never thought I would love going to home depot but it's been one of my favorite things to do as I embark on the home improvement journey Thank you for helping me figure out what paints I need to get. We recently painted a room and it looks amazing!

Years ago I could walk through the store and never be greeted or asked if I needed assistance, but glad that has changed. Glad Home Depot is in Eagan. It’s in a very convenient location. Great service

Floor plan is the same as every other Home Depot. Parking lot was big, and the inside was tidy. Isles were marked well. Self checkout lane worked well. Seemed to be a lot of employees around if I any questions. Your basic Home Depot.

I forgot the gentleman's name, but he had a fancy beard and mustache. Was one of the most helpful home Depot experiences I've ever had. Helped me locate the items I was looking for and when items weren't in the store he gladly found the nearest locations. Was very attentive and quite available. He managed to help other customers while helping me.. Unintrusively. Very refreshing, While it's a longer trip for me, I would prefer this home Depot over others.

The staff at this Home Depot are so helpful and informative that other Home Depot stores should take lessons.

I had several projects to complete. Many of those crafts needed wood to be cut. Jerry, from appliances, came to help. He listened to what I was making and we had the wood cut no time. Enjoyed our time together and he was such a gentleman.

Nice clean store that's easy to find and the employees are friendly and helpful. The Home Depot sells basically everything I feel like but I really love their garden center and variety of plants in the spring

We came to Home Depot looking for a few things to finish off our apartment that we had just moved into and nearly everything we looked for we found with ease. At checkout, we were missing trash cans for underneath our sink and Mark directed us to where we would find them and while we were gone scanned and bagged all of our items. He was super helpful and very friendly, it was amazing customer service!

We have been to this Home Depot multiple times for home projects, and everyone has always been so great to work with and helpful. We had to make several returns as we purchased too much product, and Becky, Jeanie, and Paul all put in extra time and effort so that we could return a special order product and get our money back. We really appreciate their commitment to helping their customers!

This location never disappoints me. I no longer live in Eagan anymore and today I needed to find an original receipt for an item I purchased a while ago. The manager Savannah was a tremendous help. Every time when I was still in Eagan and shop at this Home Depot store I was always greeted with a smile and always helped no matter what. Even when I needed help with a moving truck they were able to lead me to the right people to work with.

Ever since I became a home owner this has been my favorite store. They always have what I need, plus the staff knows where everything is. The associate Bob was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't try to update me or anything, he helped me get what I needed, plus had information on the product and helpful tips.
