Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN

The staff was by far one of the best staffs of any establishment I have ever seen.. the front desk guys were awesome specially Tristan he was slammed and helping everyone with a smile on his face the shuttle drivers were all chatty and very polite very professional and even the maintainence guy was super nice and helpful we were out by the fire after 10 he had to shut it off and we got a little disgruntled he was off the clock turned it on for us for another 15 minutes and chatted with us I thought that was pretty cool... the entire staff goes above and beyond for you. Pool area was well maintained and rooms were super clean. All in all best hotel for the price I have ever been too.

Super convenient location if you are visiting the Great Mall. Regular sized clean rooms. The pool is so kid friendly. Friendly front desk, super nice helpful manager Mr Burrows who helped us totally resolve a big issue we had with a 3rd party booking site. I had to sit on the phone, but they had to confirm with him as well, and he was so gracious. Thank you Mr Burrows!

The hotel was amazing with the rooms and amenities it offered. Free parking and breakfast saved a lot of money on the trip, and the location was absolutely perfect for us. I can't say enough about the kindness of the staff and how welcoming they made us feel throughout our stay.

I am a music tour driver currently on tour. We stayed here at the country Inn for our off day. I had currently driven most of the night. It arrived early a.m.. I waited until they were serving breakfast, and I went up to the counter to check in. I talked to Mr. Zach at the counter explain to him what I do for a living and have my hours are different from everyone else’s. He checked if he had a room available and check me in. I was fortunate to see him again at 3 AM when I thanked him for it. Because I was well rested to continue my tour. Can’t say enough about great service on the road. This guy knows what it’s all about. Thank you country inn suites and Zach definitely coming back.

Hotel is excellent. Closest to Mall of America. Rooms are bigger and cleaner.
They have indoor heated pool, gym and Spa.

Hot breakfast is delighter. Customer service is great and prices are well

Stayed here for the first time and will be the place we stay when we come back. It started with the very kind gentleman at the front desk when we came in Pierre Curd. He was so kind and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good stuff about him. The rooms were beautiful & clean. Was so convenient to get to the mall. The breakfast the next morning was so good and nicely done. Again can't say enough good stuff about this place!

Amazing place to stay! Hotel was clean and quiet, while the front desk staff was amazing. Both pools and hotubs were clean as well.

Very nice! We used it for "park & fly" when we went on vacation. Shuttle service to the airport & called them when we got back, they were there in ten minutes. Awesome! Friendly & helpful staff.

Great hotel! Been traveling for past 2 weeks and this is, by far, the best hotel we've been the whole trip! Super friendly staff, great beds, very clean. Highly reccomend

We went to Rick Bronson's house of Comedy at the MOA and needed a place to stay. Being able to walk across the street and hit the skyway to the Mall of America was beyond convenient. We were able to have a few drinks and not worry about who was driving! Rooms were what was expected. Breakfast in the morning was beyond expectations. Fresh hot breakfast after a night out = perfection

Received me and treat me well. Kind staff for the most part. I have appreciated the rest! Zach, D, Pierre, Tristan, Juan, and an older gentleman have been working hard. May Jesus give them the peace that surpasses all understanding.

Great all in all. Work trip. 2 week. Room seemed to stay hot was only uncomfortable part. Great location with ihop and tgi. Fridays connected. Mall of America less then ten min walk

We visited Minnesota in Mall of America for the first time and we were a thousand miles from home, but this place made us feel so at home it was so clean and the attendance and concierge services was amazing. They have free shuttle services to and from anywhere you need to go and they accept tips through cash app and venmo and stuff like that even though it's not expected they are definitely worth a tip. The lobby was very cozy with a fireplace and places to sit that were comfortable, the breakfast was amazing and free. Had the best omelets I think I've ever eaten and that's saying a lot since it was a free breakfast. But turn down service was great and the beds were comfortable and it's a very convenient location right across the street from the Mall of America which is a spot you must visit and definitely should have it on your bucket list. We had a very good deal on this hotel through Priceline and it's in a very convenient location and has a hallway you can walk down straight into TGI Fridays or IHOP. I definitely recommend a stay here. The best part is, the parking was free which is a big deal for me because I drive a really big sprinter van because I'm in the hauling business. Most places that we checked out while we were down there charge 10 or $20 or even more for parking everyday which is ridiculous when you're already paying a lot for a nice hotel.

We have stayed at this location every year for the past 10 years while we attend MN State Highschool Football at IS Bank Stadium. The rooms are always clean, there are 2 pools and hot tubs, and the staff has always been very friendly. It's a walk to the MOA and we can park in the mall parking garage to hop on the light rail to go up to the Bank...no driving or parking in downtown Minneapolis.

Pros: free shuttle to and from the airport, friendly check in staff, able to check in early, everything in our room was clean, we utilized the mini fridge and microwave, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, hotel is connected to TGI Fridays and Ihop, walking distance from the mall of America, REALLY good breakfast (waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled & hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, lots of bread choices along with milk, oj, and other juices.
Cons: one bed was squeeky, and both beds could have been more comfortable, maybe it's time to replace.

Stayed here when we went to see a concert in St. Paul MN. About 20 min drive from the hotel. We were able to get an earlier check in, the front desk agent was nice and accommodating. Our room was beside the elevator but we had no issues with it being loud, unlike in other hotels. Complimentary hot breakfast was great to have. The location of the hotel couldn't be beaten as well. It's right by Mall of America!

Affordable stay right next to Mall of America. The staff that checked us in was kind and amazing in general. Room was standard but worked perfectly for me and my 3 kids . There are two pools and two hot tubs that the kids enjoyed. The breakfast was probably the best complimentary breakfast I have had at a hotel. I'd definitely stay there again.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The pools were nice but the hot tubs were even better! Connected to a Fridays and IHOP. Right across the street from Mall of America.
