After walking all over Mall of America I was hoping to find a homecoming dress here for my daughter. Walking in, there weren't a lot of dressier options. An adorable employee with glasses offered to help and I told her what we were looking for. She had some ideas that she pulled out for us that were gorgeous! She very gently convinced my daughter to try them on and we found her dream dress! The employees excellent customer service will make us life long customers! The gentleman at the register signed me up with a rewards card to save me 30% also! We're super happy, thank you!!!

Great clothes but I hate the one that said la or los los angeles with huge letters because I don't live there and don't care about la. The 5 stars is for those clothes that said guess plain and simple,probably guess came from la or started there whatever.

Kinda upset that I cant post a review through Guess’ website! However I just had the best experience with Guess at the mall of America. I usually don’t have the best one but Devin (I’m assuming the manager) changed my mind! He was absolutely fabulous and took so much time to help me with a difficult transaction while keeping a good attitude and a contagious smile (with his eyes of course we’re still wearing masks haha). Definitely coming back again and again! Libby was also assisting me and was just as sweet!

My wifes favorite clothing store. Very nice selection of: Clothing, Accessories, Shoes and Luggage. Love shopping here. Nicely appointed store.

Not a fan of the staff, they aren't very helpful.
