I cannot say enough good things about this car shop! They are so kind and can help you with just about anything. Super patient and knowledgeable. I go here for all of my car needs. Such a great gem in Mequon! Thank you, Ricks, for everything you do!

I love this place! Every time I go everyone who works there is so nice and helpful! I live 20 minutes away and will always choose to go to here even if it isn’t the closest option for me.

Emissions testing smooth and seamless. Yes long wait about an hour but it's a popular place.

My Mom bought 4 new tires here and loved the experience. The next day she noticed her tire light on. It took quite a while to get the car back to the shop and they got her car in immediately and didn't charge me a dime to fix the nozzle to pump air into the tire. The entire staff were kind, professional, and service dog friendly. 🐕‍🦺 We will be back.

I literally would drive to Florida to get my old car fixed at this garage. I feel like it's a tiny home town old school garage. You are treated like gold with sincerity and honesty. Jim x2 and Patrick are awesome. There is no other choice for me.

Took my car here for an emissions test. Super easy and quick.

Emissions testing 9-2pm weekdays, 9-12 on Saturdays as of 6/26/2023.

All around this place has good service and is one of the few reliable emissions testing locations in our area, as such be sure to show up early as there's usually a good line forming.

Just as advertised the people with in this place are friendly and honest and fast. They had us in investigated the vehicle a bit and an apointment set to do maintance on my clients car.

Took my car to get an emissions test and got in with no wait. While there, I asked about a tire issue. Jim went out and measured my tires right away, offered me 4 price point options, and was able to get me in the next day asat 830am. He offered to drop me off somewhere but I didn't mind waiting, they have a bench outside that you can see the bike path from. They got it done quickly and mentioned I needed an oil change as well. I appreciated them looking out for me. They mentioned an additional issue, but said it wasn't urgent which was nice to hear. They didn't pressure me to get work done when it wasn't urgent. I highly recommend them. They were all super nice, efficient and fairly priced.

Needed emissions check. Line wasn't too bad. Service was fast, efficient, and friendly.

Could not work on my car due to it being a specific issue that only certain shops could work on, but the customer service was like no other. Absolutely amazing staff, as far as I experienced, helped guide me in the right direction of where/who to take my vehicle to, and gave me some honest advice. Great experience for emissions testing and registration! Phone message updates the hours for testing each day and the person running the tests was so kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Had received a fresh oil change before a long trip in our home town. While driving, our oil pressure sensor showed the oil pressure was extremely high. We stopped at Rick’s and told them about our problems. Despite being completely booked that day, they kindly came out to the parking lot to take a look at our vehicle. Turned out to be an electrical issue and not an oil issue after all. They were extremely kind and professional and they didn’t charge us for their time. Thank you so much Rick’s for easing our worries for the rest of our trip!

Like the fact you could call and see the hours for emission testing. Wait time could be 15 -20 min. Testing done efficiently. Great staff!

Walked into Rick's on a cold snowy morning with a tire issue. The shop was full of cars and I could tell by the look on his face that they were very busy. Despite this, Jim was very helpful and got me back on the road. Thanks for the assistance Jim. I hope your Tuesday finishes better than mine started.
