The best bank ever!

The banker processed then reversed a $1k cash deposit. I made an an FDIC complaint right away because I discovered this after hours. No info available online, app showed account was closed. No call or information on what happened to the cash. Left a message for the bank, no response in the a.m. I had to call them. Just awful.
