Pellicci Ace Hardware

Been shopping at Pellicci inFarmington and Rosemount for years. The service is unbeatable. Kind, professional friendly staff and I have yet to walk out without having what I was looking for.

Great neighborhood hardware store! Amazing help from the incredible staff! Obviously more expensive than the big box stores, but super convenient and helpful staff!

I won’t go to any other ace hardware if I can help it. EVERY person who works here is always so helpful and kind. I’m always greeted when I come in, I’m always offered help and when I need it, they take the time to help until I’m ready to leave the store. Tyler (I think his name, manager) spent time going back and forth, crawling underneath my car, finding the right bolt to secure the the metal sheet that was loose and rattling.

Met at the door with a greeting and an offer to help - every time. This place is the best if you want to get a specific item, or have questions and want to get in and out. Definitely a go to over a “big-box” store for anything that you do not need in bulk.

Always helpful. And while they may not have 17 different types of plungers and be slightly more expensive than the big box home improvement stores the level of service more than makes up for it. Plus, it's nice to support a locally-owned business.

This was my recent positive experience (one of many):

Ordered a new Toro lawnmower. It was assembled and hand-delivered (with a courtesy call ahead of time) by the store manager for free (Ace Rewards members get free delivery on big items more than $50) the very next day. Had been oiled and all I had to do was put in some fresh fuel and boom. He then was kind enough to take my old mower away for free and recycle it for me. All took about 5 minutes, with a friendly handshake a few compliments.

10/10 experience; highly recommend... A++++ Ace Hardware in Rosemount is the best.

The slogan "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks" must have been written about the Pellicci store. I'm in here all the time getting help with various projects. The price may be a bit higher than the big box stores, but the knowledge and friendly staff is what makes this place worth much more.

Stellar service every time! I've been in numerous times for random questions and they are always able to help me. I love the small town feel and the assortment of products they carry. They don't carry junky products like some other big name stores. Great store all around!

So helpful!! We love Amy. She is so good at her job. Jim is the bomb too!! We needed a toilet seat. We needed Scrubbing Bubbles. Cub and Byerlys didn't have it but Ace did!!

Found the perfect wheelbarrow screwdriver along with some pop shop pop just like I bought with my dad more than 40 years ago. And they're all still the same. Excellent!!!

Awesome little local hardware store! If you're doing a project they probably have what you need. A surprisingly large and diverse inventory for a small store. You will always be met at the door by a person to help you immediately. Pretty much the opposite of the experience you would have at one of the big home improvement stores. Go! Patronize these guys! It's really nice to have a hardware store in town.

Majorly great customer service. Called in for a potential home delivery when I was unsure if I was in their delivery range- Tyler was immediately helpful and made it happen. Above and beyond, would recommend this store to anyone.

You aren't wandering around looking for something and hoping you might find an employee. The minute you walk in you are assisted and since I never know where I need to go this is my go to store. Far better than wandering around a huge superstore. In and out, done. Love this place!

We've waited too long to get a hardware store back in town!
Attention People of the area!
Don't waste this opportunity by going to the big box stores to save several dollars here and there! True! Ace will not be able to compete against them on larger items, but consider it the cost of supporting a local business and helping to keep a hardware store here in town!
Keep in mind, if you don't see it on the shelves, they can have it there in a day or two for you.
Let's help them stick around for a long time!

The store is clean. The staff is amazing and if they don't know someone working with them will. Great experience!! I had two window panes cut for my garage and they fit perfectly. Now if only I was a master glazer 🤣

Pellicci in Rosemount seems to always have what I need. I am so happy they are in town. I love supporting smaller businesses and their staff is so knowledgeable and unlike the Big Box retailers, there is always someone at the door to greet me and help me find exactly what I am looking for...
