I love this bank, the bank tellers are friendly and very helpful 👌 with a ATM inside as well as a drive through ATM located outside on the left side of the bank for fast access, love there online app that shows you all your banking info in one easy-to-use place too! This bank had excellent customer service! I was traveling to MN to purchase a car from a private seller and decided to get an auto loan. On my journey to Bank of America, I was helped by Rose Bounyasy who went above and beyond with her service. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted and helped on my auto loan which went smoothly especially since I only had a few hours to iron out all of the details for a successful car purchase before I had to catch a flight back to TX. She helped me through the whole way and even tried to pull some strings to expedite the process due to it being an out of state purchase so at the end, I was able to leave the financial center knowing the rest of the process and leaving stress free.

Went there on the day it opened it was amazing! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. This place is beautiful, if I wasn't with bank of America already I would've switched just because of the customer service and the aura of this one location.

Beautiful Branch

It's a very good place and people are very kind and help people with all they have and especially for international students you can have to come here and take an account they serve very well but get a prior appointment.

Horrible wait time always at teller window. Only one person working there - other employees walk by disregard line. Poor customer service

What a sad excuse for a “bank”. No drive through services here so I come into the lobby during business hours and there is no one here. Literally no security, no tellers. There is one banker in his office with a presumed client and assorted clients waiting for someone to show up to help them. I hear people talking in the back room and knock on the door since there are people waiting and literally no tellers at the teller counter. A guy comes out and says he is training a new employee and that the teller is on her lunch break and will be back at 3:40pm (this bank closes at 4pm). I said I just want to cash a check. He says he can’t cash it because he is not a teller. He then tells the trainee to just work on her computer work and then walks around aimlessly telling clients to take a seat until the (one and only teller) returns from her lunch. A bank with no tellers, no drive through service window. Why does this location exist?? My husband insists on banking with Bank of America but if you want a headache free banking experience, I would suggest going to associated bank or almost anywhere else.

Beyond having odd business hours (what other bank closes at 4 pm?), the employees here aren’t particularly customer-friendly and their banking staff doesn’t fully understand their own company’s banking ecosystem.

If you absolutely must use a Bank of America branch I’d suggest going to the West St. Paul branch location. I drive from Eagan to West St. Paul just to avoid this branch and the bank manager here.
