What a comfortable experience both interacting with the hospital secretaries & the amazing doctors! They make you feel welcome & are very pleasant while the patients are going through multitudes of complications. My issue is much less severe than many I saw around the facility but everyone is treated appropriately & with a high level of respect. Highly recommended!

The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful! I just don't understand why there are all these pictures of the US Bank Stadium, instead of pictures of the "Purple Bldg" building & entrances? That building is the next block down and over-and nothing to do with the hospital,(for those people driving from out of town) and could be very confusing!

I love it

Not going to lie, the nurses here are the best. Very respectful and nice. However, I spend 15-30 to sometimes almost an hour waiting to be seen. I have to miss school whenever I come here, or be late to work. The doctors dash in and out of your room and you have to wait at least 10 min before they come back. Worst place ever. Wouldn’t come here if I didn’t live so close.

HCMC doesn't seem to take patient communication seriously. I requested a provider reference from my primary care physician via patient email. Instead of a 2 day turn around, as stated on their patient portal, I waited a week only to be told by a nurse, not my PCP, that I had to schedule an appointment to get an answer...

The appointment offered was for an appointment almost a month later; an appointment I don't need. I didn't think it would be this complicated to get a reference or some direction. I definitely don't feel like HCMC read or was concerned about the issue I outlined. My issue did not require a PCP visit. If your primary care team can't be a resource that you can rely on for health concerns then I don't understand the point of doing business with HCMC.

I'm going to try my luck with another provider altogether for primary care services. As far as the provider reference, I guess I'm going to have to go to my insurance company's website and start vetting providers myself.
