I have known John and Jim for 35 years I would buy a car any day. They care about the quality of their cars. They care about people and their best to make sure you have an excellent car buying experience.

By *far* the best car-buying experience I've ever had! Both Jim and John are friendly, accommodating, no-pressure salespeople. Also, big points for not asking if my husband was going to come in and make the deal (I got that at a Ford dealership once, ugh). The van I bought was the nicest one I looked at (also by far), the paperwork was one page, and they went above and beyond to answer my questions and get things done. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Fantastic customer service. Jim and John were awesome and helped me get the vehicle financed under some difficult parameters. After driving the vehicle home I noticed a mechanical issue with it and they took awesome care of me and got it fixed. They even gave me a laoner vehicle so I wouldn't miss work. I would definitely recommend them! These guys are great!

Jim and John both are a class act. First, they were upfront and honest about the interest in the car I was looking at (lots). They offered to call me if it was still available, and kept their word. They answered every phone call and every text within minutes during business hours (even on the weekend when I asked a timely question).The price was absolutely reasonable and - and this is rare! - honest: there was no upsell or bait-and-switch. I owed a couple grand over and above the loan I qualified for. I paid half up front, and John put the paperwork through on trust before I paid the other half. The car is a dream, but I was new to hybrids: it needed to be restarted after I'd waited too long to get into gear upon turning it on (completely User Error). Jim answered my frantic call, and promised to do some research and call me back. Within fifteen minutes he'd talked to a colleague who deals exclusively with Toyotas and gave me sound advice. His parting words, "Don't hesitate to call us with any further concerns." This is NOT your usual car dealership. You can believe what they say and trust what they do. I had mine delivered next-day, no problems, and all paperwork was sent in a timely fashion. Buying cars is my *least* favorite part of adulting, but I will most certainly reach out to Jim and John at Metro Motors if I have need again. Somehow, on top of buying a reasonable and trustworthy car, my experience with them squelched any buyer's remorse I might have had. Highly recommended!!

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my first vehicle through John. I knew exactly what I wanted, and he was able to quickly locate and bring in the right car at a fair price. 6 months later I'm still extremely happy with my purchase (still feels like a brand new car!), and the experience I had at Metro Motocars. We have worked with this dealership for many years. John, Jim and Jojo are fantastic. Very professional. They always have great inventory to choose from and are fairly priced. The quality is good too. They don't put out junk. I read some previous comments about the hacker...I was here the day this happened and it was a mess. Do not let the comments from people who are looking to buy a $50,000 car for $15,000 fool you (those were the type of deals that the hackers were uploading). This dealership is a 5 star dealer every day. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

We had an excellent experience with John, at Metro Motorcars, Inc. We found the vehicle we were researching, online, for an excellent price. We were able to make contact easily, with a fast response time. We drove out, did a test drive, made a trade, and were off with our “new” car. Compared to our recent new car buying experiences, this was smooth and seamless. We’ll definitely be back.

Purchased a vehicle here after going to many larger lots like Mazda Inver Grove, Brookdale, Lexus Maplewood, etc. Much less pressure here, which is essentially why we purchased here (and we liked the car). Jim was fantastic and very easy to work with! He had everything ready to go when we picked up our new car after test driving the day before. No pressure to buy but once we decided to proceed, it took under 20 minutes to drive in and out with our new car. Thanks Jim!

I bought my very first car from here just over a year ago. 2003 Toyota Echo, it was pristine when I bought it, very clean, nice tires etc and still runs excellent. The guy working there at the time negotiated with me on the price and was helpful and courteous in waiting for the loan to go through with my bank, and I was able to get a great deal on a really nice starter car that I am totally happy with!

I went to Metro Motorcars looking for a car for my son. Jim Innes was very helpful in recommending something in my price range. He allowed me to take the car to my mechanic to be checked out and he could find no issues with it. I checked out prices for similar vehicles online and it seemed like a very fair deal, so we bought it and have been very happy with the car. Jim made the process very easy.
